Dear sir/madam
This is regarding wrong money being deducted from my paytm fastag account and no money refunded after purchasing a new fastag. 6 months ago purchased a fastag for my car and around ₹300 has wrongly been deducted i complained also but my issue wasn't resolved. So i purchased a replacement but that got damaged while sticking so i ordered a fresh new fastag for my car but still my fastag shows it is blacklisted whereas i should be refunded back with ₹250 and ₹150 should be in my paytm fastag security deposit. But it shows no money and blacklisted tag. This has been very disturbing because in a way there has been a fraud on my paytm fastag of ₹700 on total. Was this information helpful? |
