Philips India — Trimmer Start Automatically and only stop once battery drain out

Hi Team,
My Trimmer "QT4011/15" frequently start automatically even switch is Off and stop only after Battery drain out. It's really frustating as there is no way to stop it whenever it start automatically it generate noise and also we can't carry in luggage while travelling in flight due to running motor.
Please help to fix this. Thanks ...
