My self santosh and i was trying to recharge my dth - sundirect via phone pe for the first time but i think that was my wrong choice to opt for phone pe instead of paytm.
After waiting more than 3 hours, i had been forced to reach ur call center to seek help on this issue. Lady, answered the call and requested me to wait for 24 hours.
The best part is yesterday was the last day to recharge my dth. Still status is showing "sending payment request".
I called up phone pe in the morning, mr. Ajay respond to the call n confirmed me that payment has been successfully credited to dth - service provider although, its not updated on my app.
When i cross checked with dth - sundirect, it was not credited as per them then why this fellow confirmed me like that. I dont know.
Are they not fully coached or trained on portal.?
Multiple calls & emails have been done emphasizing this issue but nothing has happened so far.

I'd recharged of 149 as Jio plan for one month, and recharge is still pending, as I'd never had It before, like tried even contact customer care, It's absurd that nothing happened, transaction Id -N[protected], I wanna know when and why it's stuck anywhere and when it'll get done.
