Hello sir/mam

I transferred ammount through phonepe app, transaction got failed and money debited from my account on 14 september, they said with in one working day money will be back toy account but it's been 2 working days still i didn't get the money, i complaint about it on phonepe but no response, and ii tryed my bank they said i must need to go through phonepe app only, so i needed the money in emergence
Please help me get my money back

Please I in need of money .my money is deducted and the refund is not done by phonepe application.rven the customer care don't receive call anytime.do solve the issues.
