I was requested by Planetspark sales team to opt for zero EMI option still interest was getting deducted on my by enrolled credit card. I have been continuously chasing from past 11 months and complaining Planetspark support team included co-owner Kunal Malik still, my money is not refunded. This company seems to be fraud and I urge everyone to expose Planetspark in all sort of online social and learning platform so that innocent people like us should not be cheated like us.

It's hard earned money which we paid for the benefit of our child but company like Planetspark don't have any Business ethics to operate!

I had enrolled my twins Yash & Anish for their personality development course.
They had assured me that they will refund the money back in case we are not interested without asking any further questions, its been more than a month I had requested to stop the course and refund my money back, every time I call customer care it will go to voice mail, once in a blue moon they receive the call they tell me the course is stopped money will be refunded.
But I am receiving that course was on hold & will be restarted.
I was forced to take EMI on credit card, now my EMI is getting deducted, my kids have hardly attended 2 classes.

I am calling them multiple times but no use.

Please let me know what I can do, I am really getting frustrated.
Request to all parents dont trust these guys.

I want my money to be refunded, its my hard earned money, dont do such cheating.

Fraud company. Registered my child for summer camp and english course but lots of issues and classes were not happening. Requested for cancellation and now stuck. Struggling since more than a month to get the refund. Stay away folks

I had taken a course from PlanetSpark for my son (9 years) in May/2022 and had to cancel the course on 30/June/2022 which I had informed PlanetSpark in writing (see email attached) and also by calling them. When we had taken this course they insisted that we take a loan of 76, 000 rupees from Early Salary (loan provider) as it will be convenient for them to setup a direct debit on my bank account. Hence even though we did not want a loan we had to undergo this process as it was insisted by PlanetSpark team. The entire onboarding process was done within 2 days.

Now after a month or so we did not want to continue with the course since my son was getting much time from his school activities which started mid of June 2022 and hence we decided to cancel the PlanetSpark course on 30/June/2022 and informed both PlanetSpark and Early Salary. While joining PlanetSpark had promised that we can cancel the course at any point of time.

It's been over a month now, and have been following up with them for cancellation however they are not completing the process. Meanwhile Early Salary has been calling multiple times daily, harassing and threatening me to still continue paying the EMIs else they will send recovery agents and take legal action on me. Even after repeated reminders by calling PlanetSpark team and emails (see attached) they are not completing the cancellation process. Early Salary team is not speaking directly to PlatnetSpark while they are insisting they want a cancellation confirmation from PlanetSpark which they have not sent yet while they insist that I pressurize PlanetSpark for closure which I have been doing by calling and sending emails but they keep on saying that is pending with some or the other department.

Please help in closure and refund!

They are not cancelling the course. Initially they make lot of promises and said if we want to cancel it will be done without any difficulty. But not cancelled my course after two months. It's a fraud company. Customer support people are useless with same scripted responses. Don't enrol your child. Beware.

I have enrolled my kids in planet spark classes but they are not taking classes now. they have taken full amount of rs. 1.10 lac in the month of March 2022. when i asked them to cancel the course and return my money. they have blocked my and my family's number. they are not responding and my money is stuck.

I enrolled my daughter in course with confirmation over mail of refund in case of discontinuation of course . Since 13th May 2022 i am requesting for refunds but customer support, finavce is ignoring and making false promises every time

PlanetSpark is a fraud company. Please please refrain from enrolling your child to planet spark program. After getting all the money upfront for 2 years, they will have issue with matching time for teachers. Additionally, the teachers are mediocre. And on top of that when asked for refund, they will simply stop responding. I have been behind them for a refund of 80k for past 5 months now.

Please do a favor and enroll somewhere else. All they google reviews are by their own employees or are fake

My course is cancelled since three month but don't get refund.

I have enrolled in course in January 2022. After three month classes raised course cancellation and loan cancellation of course on 1st may 2022. They stopped course class but still charging EMI via Early Salary. My Early Salary loan is still running. I contacted via email or call so many times but did not get any solution. The refund ticket was raised 103820 and Umam Khan ( umam.[protected]@planetspark.in) who is handling the US escalations is assigned to the ticket to initiate the refund . For last 1 month she is not responding to the emails calls and messages . I paid the full amount and they told me that at any point if I am not satisfied with the service, they will provide the refund.

The planet spark classes are not good. The teachers are not staying with the company and my kid has to switch the teacher 3 times.

I tried my best to get the refund back . can you please help us get our refund.

My daughter joined in Aug 2021, we paid 1750$ for their maximum number of sessions .

I was nicely introduced to a lady named Shreya who was their councellor in facing off direct clients like me . Then was roped into a conversation with their so called Ceo, then their daily co ordinator Garima Dhameja .

In very few sessions we realized these guys haveno clue on how to operate their business model . No professional sense, timing mixups, teachers distracted, no sense of coming or finishing on time, mostly sick . Eventually after just 4 sessions we lost interest .

Its the month of Mov 2021 since now which is Aug 2022 we have been sent on a wild goose chase, some reason or the other and the case of refund which was promised to be swift is now completely stretched beyond my frustration levels .

I cant tolerate this behaviour because this is day light looting and am raising my voice here to simply get some attention before the matter needs escalating to the next level .

Joined the course for a 10th standard student, they were forcing to enroll aand when we delayed in taking up the course, they offered to take up 5 session and if we don't find it usefull they will refund the remaining amount. We have tired attending the session and found it meaningless and asked for the refund. They said they will refund the amount very soon and asked for the account details. But now they do not even reply or attend our calls....

I have 36 pending classes with this instittue and they have not refunded it. At the time of registration they told us it will be refunded in 24hrs.
Noting has yet been done.

I have enrolled my son in planetspark in December 2021 and paid for 80 sessions. After attending Couple of classes my son lost interest as his teacher was not slowing up on time and it was same even after changing the teacher. So I have stopped the classes after about 20 sessions and requested for refund but they are not at all responding. I strongly discourage to join their kids in planetspark.

I have registered for online English course for my son Aarya in Planetspark on Oct 1st 2021 and student ID is - 149015. It is a 48 months course and the money will be auto debited from account every month around 4400.

Student has not showed interest in course after 5 months, so we decided to discontinue the course and informed the same to PlanetSpark management. Management agreed for the same and told us like will stop the auto debit option and settle the refunds soon.

But still the auto debit continued for Apr 2022 and May 2022 months even after discontinued the course. After multiple complaints and escalation finally stopped the auto debit from June month onwards.

But the refunds amount has not been settling and giving the same response again and again like - Delay at Finance team. I have shared the details about the auto debit transactions and amount for the consumed classes. There is no proper customer care team to address the parents concerns.

Parents please think twice before signing on the auto debit form - it is quiet easy to subscribe to the course, Management voluntarily follow-up and take utmost care till submitting the auto debit form. Then the show starts, it is not that much easy to complete the formalities and exit. No one will give proper response to your issues.

Most of the teaching staff, support and management team are quitting the Planetspark and new team joining and this cycle is going on.

I strongly suggest not to go with PlanetSpark, better to avoid.

I joined this company on 12th may 2022 work for them even in odd hours now more than two months they are not giving my salary multiple times promise but not credit at the time of credit the salary.Manager Ankit pratap and Ashish both are most worst person they politics nothing else.Kindly take strict against the fraudsters.These kind of organisations harass employees and exploit them.

Pathetic is the right word for Planetspark. I deleted my old Complaint 2 months ago 'cause they promise me that they will complete my process of refund really soon. But it's the 7th Month and I'm still there in their REFUND PROCESS.
I joined PlanetSpark as a student from November 2021. After a month I realized that it's good for nothing, so I talked to their personnel to cancel the course. He said that the course will be canceled in December 2021. From the very first day it was decided that the fee would be deducted only when I pay it, it would not be automatically deducted from my account. But from 5th January 2022 without any reason the EMI started deducting and I was not attending any of their classes. I called them hundreds of times and send them many of emails but no response has been coming from them, they always say, " They are working on it", " It's been in the PROCESS " but nothing is working. It's been July 2022 and they are still working in an Incompetent and Irresponsible manner. Now I have to proceed legally against these fraudsters.

Started the Class for My son (60 days ) and 2 daughters (60 Days) separately & I paid more than 5000 AED to avail these online classes
Till the get the fee paid to them they were very sincere to follow all day and night to grab the money.
Once the online classes started the instructor is not showing up for classes on time all the time we have to chase them.
More than 5 family members of teacher died to bunk the classes,...

I enrolled my kids for online classes, after payment, they just ignored.

I have enrolled my son for online classes in Planet Spark due to Covid.
While enrolling him counsellor told me if we do not like the course they will refund the money for the remaining classes. My son was not interested in these classes from the starting itself.

I called them and informed the same and requested for money refund, after that they are not picking my calls.
I have raised multiple complaints and calls but no answer from them.

I have paid overall 38400\- and still the emi is deducting from my credit card.

I had enrolled my child in their public speaking classes & made the mistake of choosing long-term classes for which a loan of Rs 94500/- was processed and I was paying EMIs of 4500 per month. It started well but within one month my child lost interest, then I asked for course cancellation but they urged to try another teacher.

Another teacher also same thing. Then I insisted for course cancellation & they stopped the classes from next day but my EMI was debited for next month also. Previously also EMIs were debited every month but teachers took long leaves. So, I had paid in excess.
I was promised a refund & given a timeline of 3-4 weeks for refund but now 5 weeks have passed still no refund!!
They're not even responding to my mails or calls.
So many parents are undergoing the same nightmare.. Why don't you do something to ban these unscruplous operators.
Please help me in getting my hardearned money back.

I enrolled my Son for the course but After couple of classes we realised that it isn’t working and also doesn’t worth . The teacher is not punctual and even don’t inform if she is unable to make the session. We only have to follow up multiple times for class. They don’t deliver what they promise. Really disappointing. It was clearly said that we will get the refund but now no one is available for further communication. It’s a fraud and I will take a legal action.

I enrolled my Daughter for the course but After couple of classes also didn’t see any improvement. Asked to change the Teacher /refund, but after a lot of one side communication and stoppage of further classes, they bend and provided alternate teacher. Really fed up with the classes and policies. I want my money back. But it’s again a big challenge as they don’t respond to mails/complaints in their portal, etc . But I know I have to push.

This is an online child educational and grooming company who promise to impart virtual quality educational services for children. | have enrolled my child since January 2021 but within a month ! noticed that they have not kept their classes commitments once we took the subscription with a whopping amount of Rs.25k.

However, | was emphasising them to execute my payments for EMI with my bank but they convinced me to go with their partnered financial services under no subscription commitments.

It was in the month of March 2021, when | had decided to opt out of this fraud organisation then instead of listening and taking my ward off they kept on intentionally deducting my account every months via ECS.

Countless mails & follow ups have been made but they just kept on prolonging and till now no solutions have been made. Therefore, I’m trying to seek your help and intervention regarding the matter and take sort it out on an urgency.

While enrolling, planet spark guys Sahil Suri and Md Danish promised to have same day refund in case of discontinuing of classes at any point for any reason. But now they are not even responding in proper manner. Himalaya and Umam Khan are not responding to my messsages. neither they are picking my calls. it is almost $1500 stuck with them. course content were too subjective and not at all suitable for toddlers of 6-7 years kids. they promise for practical classes which is zero in real. Even teacher pronouncing was very poor as far as english is concerned. so finally I decided to cancel my enrollment and demanded for refund. They are not trustworthy or if someone does not trust my message, better enroll once.
