Dear sir/maam,
This is to bring your notice that after 1.5 months kotak general insurance increased the additional premium of rs. 842/- in my bill.
When i had applied for car insurance, kotak just asked me that i have claimed any amount in my previous insurer, i had mentioned in last year duration no claimed from my last insurer.
But after 1.5 months kotak sent me the letter that i am not entitle for 50 % ncb due to last year claimed from previous insurer.
When i had confirmed from tata (Previous insurer) and shared the same info with kotak that i have not claimed any claim amount from tata, requested to provide me 50% ncb.
Then kotak changed the statement and sent a mail that from my previous insurer i was entitle for 25% ncb so i have to pay rs 842/- immediately.
Note - my point is when i had shared the all details and i had compared the premium amount of all the car insurance companies, kotak provided me the best deal in policy bazar that's why i have applied for kotak general insurance but after 1.5 month kotak increased premium amount and hold my policy.
Because they also knew that my last policy has been expired on 14.12.16 and for renewal i dont have another option.
O i am feeling cheated and login the complaint on consumer forum, please share your grievance cell email id.

      At the time of renewal of my policy from royal sundaram (Done through agent) to kotak general insurance via policy bazaar system allowed me to select maximum ncb and did not state that any ownership change will not be applicable to choose higher ncb. Now due to this error my insurance is not getting approved for a claim. Have had several calls made to policy bazaar and every single time all executive whom i connected told me that higher ncb is applicable if i have had no claims so far processed which is been the case. Finally staff by name sagar pant explained that if you have had a ownership change i will be eligible for only 20% ncb for this renewal period. Sagar pant (Bpw03205) has ben helpful in sourcing help however has told that there cannot be any evidence retrieved from the data entry team on the insurance renewal form detailing a snap shot of what it reflected to me when filling the renewal form. I strongly claim that the online portal allowed to select the maximum ncb and did not detail on the policy towards ncb percentage. How could insurance portal allow customer to choose ncb if so shouldn't it automatically calculate the percentage on the 2 basic questionnaire required for ncb. Am completely not aware of ncb and only got to know when the kotak insurance staff advised me that my claim cannot proceed until this is corrected by the policy bazaar team and my claim goes through.

        I have purchased Medical Insurance Policy last month through Policy Bazaar(Max Bupa) from Mr. Utkarsh Kumar. I have received the Policy but as per the comminication received over the phone regadring passing on several benefits after 15 days free look period like - Rs 1000 Gift Voucher of Medicines from Apollo Hospital and secondly Health Card wherein our family would be getting free lifetime consultation free on Dental/Eye treatemnt. But After more than a month, that benefits have not been transferred to me and after approaching many times to Policy Bazaar, I am not getting any response from them.
        Please treat this message as high priority else I will take severe action and take this message forward to high officials againt fraudulant case.

            I avail AEGON insurance from POLICYBAZAAR but it couln't succeeded.i asked for refund on 12-Jan but till now POLICYBAZAAR just saying its in process from insurer end.I confirmed from AEGON, i was shocked when they said my AMT already refunded to POLICYBAZAAR .Its means, POLICYBAZAAR is doing fraud with me, they hav taken my money and not refunding.

                  I have purchased new health insurance of Apollo Munich Optima Restore. Paid premium Rs 28698 on 5th February 2017. Policy bazaar ref no 40197834, was assisted by sheetal pw 02170. No news from Apollo yet. After repeated calls to policy bazaar come to know that the form was not filled correctly by the representative and hence the delay. Absolutely unsatisfactory service. No one is accountable. Just keep on saying sorry for inconvenience caused.

                    I have Purchased Two wheeler Policy No 211200/31/2017/5848 before 4 days from policy bazar.com
                    but still I have not received hard copy at my address.

                    I also called the complaint helpline and they promised that will call me but I have not received after waiting more than 12 hours.

                    THIS IS VERY POOR SERVICE. and I am thinking to CANCEL THE POLICY with you guys and also post this to Social media.

                      Had bought an SBI Credit Card in month of October through paisabazaar which had an offer of 1500rs worth Flipkart voucher on sucessful processing. The card was issued in November 2016 and as per the T&C, i was to receive the voucher in 7 working days. However every week i have been following with them, but to no avail. They have been delaying it by saying you will get it in next month. its been 3 months still on my multiple attempts, they have again told me 3rd week of Feb. They are not ready to acknowedge or give anything in writing. Moreover, call reference number is also not provided.

                      Its a very unprofessional setup, customer is left wailing.

                            Refund of rejected insurance proposal

                            This is height of my patience as I paid policy bazaar on 8th Jan but still on 25thJan my car insurance policy is still not received with unknown reason.now I will give you answer in style what you deserve for I.e with court notice.
                            I have already discussed with your CRT team they don't have any answer for this and moreover there is no follow up call from policy bazaar.they are just playing with my money now I am man tally harassed by you so I will reach to your gurgaon office by 27th or 28th Jan and will take the serious action against you what can I do.

                              on 11th jan 2017 i received mail regarding documents of vehicle and old policy for inspection and accordingly i immediately forwarded the same.
                              Today on 22nd Jan 2017 i inquired for policy status. Policy Bazar crew informed me that after all documentation ONE day policy bazar staff called me TWICE but i didn’t pick phone and thereafter no followup was taken by policy bazar. Therefore policy is not issued till today because of some unknown mistake from policy bazar. I trusted policy bazar and purchased immediate policy bcz my previous policy was lapsed and I have submitted all required documents ASAP for immediate vehicle inspection. Also today i came to know that without any verification policy bazar team got mail on 18th Jan 2017 that my vehicle is out of town.
                              Due to unreasonable delay from your side, now i have purchased physical policy for same vehicle and inspection was done on same day. Now I demand for REFUND OF ENTIRE MONEY PAID TO policy bazar on 10th Jan 2017 without any delay.

                                Here Syed Aamir Ali, my policy number[protected] HDFC Life click 2 invest plan. Mr indrajeet will be miss guide me and I paid 15000 Rs by only and after 4 days I canceled this plan, already I sent email to policy bazar and hdfc life. They only given me 10 working days, but his days now finished till now no received own money 15, 000 Rs. Again I call to policy bazar he no answer my call, so you tell me what can I do and I forget this amount?

                                  I have applied for ICICI Prudential policy from Policy bazaar website on 29th Dec'16. Even after continuous follow-up, I have not received any satisfactory response from the policy bazaar. I have requested them to cancel the policy but still no response.
                                  This is the proposal number received : OP00004900.
                                  Every time, I call them at their customer care, they tell me that they will check & get back to me but no positive response.

                                    I am extremely disappointed by policybazaar after being it's customer for many years.While buying the car insurance online through their website the payment confirmation page was not shown and gave me a error message so I felt that the policy must not have been bought so i had to redo the transaction leading to double payment.

                                    I immediately called your agent and also wrote an email to [protected]@policybazaar.com as mentioned to me by the agent while the policy was showing under approval process.Still two policies were issued for the same car from the same insurance company which in itself should not be possible as per Indian Motor policy regulation.

                                    Please refund the money for one policy as easily as it was deducted from me else I have to take this issue to various complaint forums and social media sites.I paid online why do I need to send a cheque for the refund please credit it back to my account from where it was paid.

                                    Yesterday I recieved 2 policies from the same Bajaj Insurance company for the same vehicle not sure how it's possible as companies should have internal mechanism to avoid issuance of double insurance for the same vehicle.
