Dear sir/maam,
This is to bring your notice that after 1.5 months kotak general insurance increased the additional premium of rs. 842/- in my bill.
When i had applied for car insurance, kotak just asked me that i have claimed any amount in my previous insurer, i had mentioned in last year duration no claimed from my last insurer.
But after 1.5 months kotak sent me the letter that i am not entitle for 50 % ncb due to last year claimed from previous insurer.
When i had confirmed from tata (Previous insurer) and shared the same info with kotak that i have not claimed any claim amount from tata, requested to provide me 50% ncb.
Then kotak changed the statement and sent a mail that from my previous insurer i was entitle for 25% ncb so i have to pay rs 842/- immediately.
Note - my point is when i had shared the all details and i had compared the premium amount of all the car insurance companies, kotak provided me the best deal in policy bazar that's why i have applied for kotak general insurance but after 1.5 month kotak increased premium amount and hold my policy.
Because they also knew that my last policy has been expired on 14.12.16 and for renewal i dont have another option.
O i am feeling cheated and login the complaint on consumer forum, please share your grievance cell email id.
