I had renewed a two wheeler insurance but the vehicle number, engine number & chassis number is incorrect but the owner name is correct. I had entered the correct vehicle number but it comes with a missing letter. Chassis number nor the engine number did not show when I was renewing. It directly went to payment.. only after payment it showed everything wrong. When I ask the executive they are suggesting no cancellation nor change requests...

I installed policy bazar application to check some information. I never agreed for any calls from anyone from policy bazar, after which I kept on receiving repeated calls from different landline numbers sometimes 3-4 times a day. I am not able to block these numbers because all of them are different numbers. I want to make a complaint about these repeated unnecessary calls I am receiving several times in a day.
