I had paid for my car policy, however after the amount was charged the portal popped up a message ' payment failure'. Post that I got my policy done offline. Two days later I get an update with the policy cover note . I approached them with the issue and they said they will cancel the policy once I submit the offline policy details. I have already submitted my documents long back and now its been over 2.5 months. Every time I approach them they say the underwriting team is working on the request. Below is an extract of the last communication: From: "Sonali Pal" To: "Motor-Post Sales" Sent: Tuesday, 22 December, 2015 4:49:01 PM Subject: Re: Fwd: Re: Sonali Pal, Booking Application ID: 27545742 Hi I have been waiting for the response fir the past 20 days. This type of languages could not be expected from ur company. I will never refer a policy bazar to any people.

      Dear Sir, Yesterdsy I renewed my car insurance from Universal Sompo through policy bazar. After renewal I got a call from Mr. Vijay Kumar Chowdhury from Universal Sompo. He promised me to gI've soft copy immediately as my car insurance was tobbe expired on midnight 18th December 2015. But till this time I haven't got any copy or any message from the company even after repeated calls on the given number. Their executives are lingering the matter on one pretext or the other. Kindly look in to the matter.         Policy Taken from Aegon Religare on 12/12/2014 & Policy was rejected by the company but Payment refund is yet to be returned back. This creates a doubt weather to purchase any policy through policy bazar.

          Hi, I have taken a health policy of Cignattk through Policy bazaar. I paid on 15th Nov and Policy Bazaar told I'll get call in 2-3 days but I got call on 26th Nov that too after following up. on 27th Nov cignattk rejected and as per Policy bazaar I'll get money in 7-8 days from date of rejection. But again on 2nd Dec I got mail from Cingattk that refund process started and will take more 7-10 days. Then now today 5th Dec again I got email that Pan card is needed for refund and will take more 10 days to get refund So in all these process now Its whole 30 days and neither I got policy nor Money yet. Policy bazaar have promised to get the money back in 7 days but now ome month still waiting to get my money.

            As an NRI, on 7th Nov'15, I have applied and paid Rs.145, 065 to online MaxInsurance for Term Insurance coverage. On 8th Nov, all medical test were done.

            On 17th Nov'15, one lien message came from Max Insurance that I am not allowed to take Term Insurance as it is Residential Risk. No explaination was given for meaning of Residential Risk and what are the countries not covered for Term Insurance.

            Complaint is against Two officer of Policy Bazaar - Mr. Roshan Jha and Mr. Dheeraj Sharma, who both made 25 calls to apply in Max Insurance but after 8th Nov, not picking up phone or responding to mail request.
            Policy Bazaar customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

              At the time of purchase policy bazar representative told me that this policy is cashless and insisted me to buy the product immediately. I bought the policy but when i went to servicing agencty they told me that above policy is not cashless...

              Here I prateek Sharma had renewed my car insurance with Policy Bazaar company wherein they have arranged my policy with Bharti Axa with the following terms in which they promised us my IDV Rs. 258000 and the premium as 6279/Annualy. Now as per the said agreement i have paid them Rs 6279 premium but when i received my policy in that my IDV was mentioned as rs 246000, all proof are documented in mail sent by them and also recording for their conversation.even after making so many calls to them the problem still persist, kindly look into it as it is fraud done to me by Policy Bazaar.Reply awaited.                     I had purchase Bajaj allianze two wheeler policy from Policy Bazar but still I had not getting any responses from your side. When ll I get my policy paper??? If R.T.O cops are caught me and ask for policy, what ll I show them??? I had paid full amt Rs 1532/- if you are unable to send my policy, please revert back my money immediately.                       Hi I am Robin Madan. I recently purchased health insurance from Apollo Munich and I was just comparing quotes on policybazaar.com. I got Call from Ms Namita this morning and she asked me to share the policy details of the above mentioned policy.When not provided asked Contact Information and used it Apollo Munich Website to retrieve policy details. I got to know this when I received forgot password email from Apollo Munich customer service team. This is very bad on Policy bazaar.com's part that they are using tactics to get details when not provided by the customer. They should apologize, instead she denied that I have not done this . After 10 day over still I have not received any confirmation from either policy bazar or New india insurance .Whenever I m calling them there is readymade reply I m getting that give us day time .                           I have interacted to your customer care executive MR Jitender Kumar on Monday 03/08/2015, regarding renewal of my car insurance which has been expired in May 2015. After filling all the requirements this number was generated MT[protected]. Mr Jitender informed me that inspection person will call me for inspection within 24 hours but no one has called me yet and also I have called to your customer care executives today for 4 times. All the time they have told that Mr Jitender will call me in 2 hrs, but again I have not received any call . Kindly help me on the issue.

                            Hi, I have purchased a two wheeler policy from Policy Bazar (Attached the purchased policy details). However, I had to made two transactions as the first transaction was failed but the amount was paid to Policy Bazar. Details of two transaction are as below: a) First Transaction (Failed transaction): Date- 19th june, Payment Mode- mobikwik wallet, Transaction id on mobikwik- DMBK[protected], Amount- Rs 1008 ( I don't have any other details as while website redirected me to Policy Bazar after payment made on mobikwik portal, the transaction failed and thus don't have anything else to provide. But yes policy details could be helpful in that) b) Second Transaction (Successful Transaction): Date - 23rd June, Amount - Rs 1008 Now I have been writing to Policy Bazar, however, a guy named Nitish Kumar, Two Wheeler Insurance Team has already acknowledged that they found details of failed transaction (attached is the snapshot of mail), however, I am still waiting for the refund and have been writing to them but no one is replying. Leave aside replying no one is even acknowledging my mail. Its been more than a month now since my transaction failed. Could you please help?

                              Application No: S[protected] Plan Name: HDFC Life Personal Pension Plus Name of Customer: Lokesh Kandpal I bought HDFC STANDARD PERSONAL PENSION PLUS with annual premium of Rs 51, 750/- on 20 Jul 15. Ref ::::::: (( APPLICATION ID 25370680 AND S[protected] Pl attend to following grievances wrt my application under ref FIRSTLY. ::::: I was made to understand by the salesman at POLICY BAZZAR that the HDFC STANDARD PERSONAL PENSION PLUS is offering 100% withdrawal of TOTAL VESTING BENIFITS of Rs 13, 00, 000/- approximately; at the time of maturity THAT TOO WILL BE TAX FREE...as against ...THE NATIONAL PENSION SCHEME OF SBI which permits withdrawal of only 33% of TOTAL VESTING BENIFITS of Rs 16, 00, 000/- approximately; at the time of maturity as tax free and rest to be invested in annuity for pension. I was told that the difference in TOTAL VESTING BENIFITS at the time of maturity of the two pension schemes VIZ HDFC PENSION SCHEME AND NATIONAL PENSION SCHEME OF SBI;;;; which is higher in later scheme; was due to insurance cover in HDFC PLAN which is not so in NATIONAL PENSION SCHEME OF SBI. SECONDLY Due to this above mentioned information about HDFC pension plan by your salesman, I decided to purchase the said plan. However as I now read in ILLUSTRATION FORM sent through your mail ::: wherein it has been mentioned that on "TOTAL VESTING BENIFITS at the time of maturity: I may be required, by legislation, to use all or part of TOTAL VESTING BENIFITS to purchase an annuity", WHICH IS IN TOTAL CONTRADICTION TO WHAT I HAVE BEEN MADE TO UNDERSTAND... THIRDLY AS THIS POLICY : ie, HDFC STANDARD PERSONAL PENSION PLUS is NOT offering 100% withdrawal of TOTAL VESTING BENIFITS AT THE TIME OF MATURITY AS I Was MADE TO UNDERSTAND BY THE SALESMAN :::::::::::::::SO I REQUEST to cancel my policy and refund the amount forthwith to my account FURTHER WHEN I APPLIED FOR THIS REFUND THROUGH COSTOMER CARE NO :::: I was given to understand that I can be refunded of the amount only after 10 working days w/o interest for the intervening period. THIS IS AGAINST CONSUMER's interest AND NOT ACCEPTABLE. Pl organize to repay or refund amt forthwith. In case of delay organize refund with admissible interest.                                     my name is RAVI ABHAYBHAI FICHADIA i apply for team plan via policy bazaar, i purchase hdfclife click2protect plus (option 1 ) plan and i pay amount Rs. 7527/- my application number is S[protected] app id is : 24247292 and hdfclife Proposal no: is :17691372 still now no one give me status about my policy today i call direct hdfc customer care number[protected] then i know my policy reject any medical resion and u get refund ur ammount withing 7 working day my medial complit on 1st july so today 7 july and 7 day complited but still now no refund my payed amount, i have all recoded call for proof
