I've taken a insurance policy for two wheeler with Policy Bazaar and paid the full amount whatever they've quoted. They provide a link to download the policy copy, but the link is not working.

Even after 4 working days I didn't received the policy copy. And I have made complaints through their mail, phone and live chat. But every body whom I talked with want to skip their duty and just said I'll receive the policy copy soon.

Still I'm waiting and no one there bothered about customers.
I need my policy to be delivered immediately.

I don't understand how they survive with this much of poor service in this highly competitive market.

    Hi, i am kona raja ratna gopal, is with policybazaar id 45577366, has taken a term policy of bharti axa with no.[protected]. While registering this policy, policybazaar insisted to make premium payment through policybazaar. They assured that mode can be changed any time. So i made it. But now they are not responding to my call for any regards. And the surprising thing is that they have not paid my deducted policy monthly premiums to the insurance company (Bharati axa). After my payments of premium i am still not insured as it lapsed now.
    The worst experience from policy bazaar. Please don't suggest this any body, approach company directly.

    It has not been resolved. Instead a fraud team tried to get my credit card details including CVV to loot me again. It is happened as soon as I posted my complaint here.

    It has not been resolved. I came here for solution, not to get new problems. As soon as I posted my complaint here, immediately a person made a call and asked for amount of refund and Credit Card details including CVV to make the refund. I got doubt and didn't relieve the same. I felt some team is tracking these complaints and making use of particulars to fraud more.

      On 7th sept. Was my car policy renewal date, so i did my car policy renewal.
      While processing money got deducted from my account 3 days back till date not received single message or soft copy policy.
      For same more than 15 times i called call center but every time i was received following fake commitments.
      1. 8th sept. Got call from mr. Mandeep - he asked for money deducted message and i was forwarded message on no [protected]. By seeing message he committed that i will get policy within 24 hrs, but this time also policy bazaar failed.
      2.9th sept. Morning after 30 min wait somehow call connected to crt team of policy bazaar this time also same commitment i received till 7pm policy will get, but this time i was asked for mail communication and i was received mail but this time also they failed to follow commitment.
      Now they are saying to wait another 48 hours, this is pathetic.
      Due irresponsible i am not able to use my car.
      So requesting you i want harassment charges as well as taxi charges which i am using during this period.

      Personal information is getting leaked from policybazaar, due to this fraud person called me from [protected] and he shared all my details regarding my policy and he committed (He told employee id pb989762) that money will transfer to my account so i gave my bank details from which i renewed my policy. That fraud person took more than 2000 rs from my account.

      I want to know how policy bazaar details get leaked outside?

      Please refund my policy money as well as 2000 rs which i lost due to breach in your system & also for harassment total refund 15000 rs asap.

        Plan name: bharti axa life flexi term

        Continuing with my ongoing issue with policy bazaar, i have received notification from bhartiaxa that my policy is being lapsed because my two months' premium has not been paid however policy bazaar has charged me all the premiums before due date already.

        Please do not buy any policy from policy bazaar. They are absolutely fraud company. They will take money from you but will not pay further to insurer.

        You might not believe me. Call me before associating with policy bazaar. I will show you the emails which i have sent to them but they don't care. You can check my credit card statement also which clearly shows that policy bazaar has charged all the premiums from me however they just keep the money with them. They are really cheaters, fraud and robbing our hard earned money.

        I believe that they will not settle my account until i complain against them with police and consumer court with all the proofs i have.

        I am also attaching the snapshot of email i have received from bhartiaxa that my premium is not yet paid which is resulting in policy lapse.

        Hi,

        I received a call from Policy Bazaar 5 minutes before and they asked me my credit card details. I told them credit card number but they further asked other details about my credit card so I denied. On the top of it the executive argued with me really rudely and in an insulting manner. He called me "Gadha". Policy Bazaar has charged 4 premiums from my credit card already but paid only 1 premium to BhartiAXA. My term plan bought from BhartiAXA through is being lapsed and this is how they are treating their customer. That person also threatened me to zero out my account and close it for good.

        I had received an assurance call from policy bazaar executive - Pawan Sharma, emp id - BPW04795 on 31st Aug'17 saying that my account will be settled by 5th Sept'17 but now my policy is lapsed. These people are not listening at all now. I am going to raise the concern to the consumer redressal department now.

        I am really frustrated with this company. They are trully fraud company and their employees are so wild and do not sound like humans. Really shocking things I am getting to know about a company like this.

          Dear responsible,

          I have not received iho card from 28-jun-2017, however i was commited that i would received the same in 15 days. I want answer for delay and today i am badly illed and i want the card to consult a doctor around my area. This is not acceptable and i will claim for this inconvenience to me.in addition the policy was sold by mr. Vikram sharma by offer me iho card for 1 year. I have not received card yet. Means it is hepful me for only 9 months remaining. I am escalating this issue and want resolution now

          I have taken policy from Mr Vikram Sharma. He assured me to received IHO card in 15 Days, however I have not received my card. Today I am Badly illed and I am not able to consult IHO authorized Dr as I have not IHO card. In addition he is giving irresponsible answer on call. Kindly provide me the solution today as my condition is worsening.

              This is with respect to my bhartiaxa term policy purchased via policy bazar in may'17 by paying two months premium in advance.

              Policy was issued on 10th july'17 with adjustment of only 1 month premium rather than 2 with a next due date of 10th aug'17.

              Then 2 deductions of 1411 each were made from my credit card on 9th aug'17 by ecs...

              I got a call from policy bazaar tele calling executive on dt -30th aug'17 on 3.51 pm & my mobile number is [protected]. He is discussing about term plan & i am not ready to take this plan at real time, because of some personal problem. But that executive scolded me & speak rudely that why i am wasting his time, if i am not take this policy. His talking style is very poor & use some unusual word to me.

              I think that was a poor & bad communication/guide from policy bazaar to his/her customer. It's very bad service.

                Hi i have taken a policy of health insurance and also cancel it, aftr cancellation policy bazar told me i will be getting refund amount soon. Since 1 month i am following but no refund initiated yet. Can you please resolve my query. My register mob number is [protected]. I am very frustarated with policy bazar's policy.

                I have called customer care so many times but they are not listening to my problem, they are only checking with comcern time why should i worried abount it as a end user if i have cancelled my policy i should get refund, still 1 month i am following but till now no result, kindly look into this asap

                Today morning I was trying look for some policies for that I had to submit my number. Since then every bank has called me. How can they share my number I didn't accept any terms n condition. They should have mention on their website that if you share your number you will be called from each and every bank. This is very irritating

Now saying that dob has passed so premium has increased. How is it justifiable when i have paid my premium on time. Due to issues at your end why shall i am being harassed from past 3 months.

                    I made a payment of inr 1258 two times from my axis credit card to purchase tata aig insurance for two-wheeler (Honda activa 125 gj 06 ln 3480) on 29th and 31st july2017. The payment was deducted from the card however the policy was not concluded and there was no receipt or policy issuance subsequently. I made a third transaction by amex card and it was successful ([protected] 00). Regarding the refund of two failed transaction i spoke to the customer care several times and wrote to [protected]@policybazaar.com also (Service request 58063 and 58516). It looks like no one is accountable or this site has a fraud making team. I seek justice in this regard and let me know how i can take this to next level.

                      Today i have done a renewal premium for 4 wheeler bajaj (Ref. Id:49906285 and immediately money was paid. But immediately after that i got a call and asking for so many thinmgs like installation of app sending photos of vehicle etc which is really a long process considering office hours. Its very unfortunate that dspite payment policy not issued and i am in deep tension and baja allianz is also not responding which is also a matter opf great concern. I request you to look into the issue and cancel and refund my money as i dont want to engage with bajaj allianz.

                        Pls note that i purchased two wheeler policy for my activa on 29 th july 2017 from policybazar but till date i didnt get sany policy.
                        I called them no of timeson toll free no. But everytime they just ask me to wait and gave me mail to assure... But they fsailed to provide me the policy.
                        Lastly i requested for the refund of my amount.. And they agree and replied refund will be initiated.. But no confirmation mail or refund reached to me so far.
                        Kindly help to get the my issue resolved on priority.
                        I personally felt that polibazaar all people are cheater.. They dont care and dont respond the customers.

                          I have purchased an appolo munich policy through policy bazaar. I had to undergo a surgery and my claim got rejected due to non disclosure. I have been trying to get the policybazaar guys to help me with the proposal form but there has been just no revert. The query raised on 4th aug has still not been solved. Have complained twice to policy bazaar customer care and everytime they say they will call back but don't. At the time of selling a policy they will call 6 times a day but when it comes to servicing they wont call once in 15 days as well.

                            I would like to ask and final reply from authority that are you interested to give my money back?
                            Reply is expected from your side without any delays as already 22 days are gone.

                            Nobody is given proper date or solution which is clear indication that i made fooled by policy bazaar.
                            As i have all proof and recording of calls from your representatives regarding false promises made for refund. If you want i can mail you.
                            A last level of service is provided by policy bazaar to me, i need to call regularly to your representatives and waiting for average 20 mins to get regularly false promises. So finally tell me whether you are providing me my money back or not, again without taking more 10 days as already 22 days over.

                            I am renewing my car insurance from your portal with help of your representative on 26th of july 2017.
                            At the time of payment i continue with my credit card and i did, but i found it was unsuccessful from your end with the message

                            "your payment could not be processed by payment gateway. Please try again." (Proof attached)

                            Then your representative (Named "mr dipankar") asked me to do payment again, so i did payment again but same message i got.
                            That msg has attached with this mail.

                            Than your representative transferred my call to payment section and they are not giving me proper answer and then they cut my call. Very poor response from them while customer facing such issue.

                            As i found 2 deductions from my credit card with payment ref numbers as

                            227475 for first transaction worth rs 12529 and 788199 for second transaction worth rs 12529 (As credit card used for payment i am attaching proofs of mail, i can not attach statement till it will generated at completion of my credit month)

                              Hi,

                              I have taken one hdfc investment policy through policy bazzar.
                              Policy premium is supposed to be monthly but due to some confusion i paid rs6, 0000, in place of rs.5, 000/month

                              I immediately raised my concern to the sales person and asked to cancel the policy. They assured me that your issue has been escalated and will get cancelled asap and amount of rs.60, 000 will be credited back into your account.

                              Its been 20 days since then and i have not received the refund. None of the customer care executive is reponding my queries. I am continously following up with them for the refund. Today also, i made a call but their executive did have any info regarding the issue and said that i will escalate it right now and refund process will take another 7 days in completion.

                                I booked a policy from policy bazaar on 23rd july for my pulsar 220 dtsfi. But on the policy copy the bike make/ model printed was pulsar 200ns which was wrong and i informed them for the same immediately. They asked me to send me the copy of registration (Rc book) and on 24th july they told me i'll get the corrected copy within a week. But it has been more than 20-25 days and they have still not given my the policy. I have tried to complain their customer care for at least 10 time on call as well as through mail but they are not helping. Last week they asked me to wait till 14th aug and i' ll surely get the copy by then. But since i didnt i again complained to which now they are asking for another 1 week.. I am really frustrated because of this. I cant even take my bike out because of that. If they are unable to do it why dont they just cancel the policy and issue me a corrected one. I am really tired.

                                  I have purchased two wheeler insurance from policy Bazaar.com on 12th aug 2017 but till that I have not received policy details from policy bazaar and policy from bajaj alliance please do needful in this matter and also I have called 2 time on customer care no. They said we arrange your call with concerned department but I have not received any call so I request you also i have sent mail to them for payment deduction from bank,
                                  I was performing the transaction through payment gateway and i paid the amount of 1204 and then after 5 secs the screen moved to step 2 again and I didn't get my policy page where I can able to download the policy of my hero Honda

                                  And my amount got deducted that time, please do needful in this matter. Since 4 days i am not getting answer from them for payment deduction, request you to help me with policy and amount with interest rate for 4 days
