[Resolved]  Policy Bazaar — Old policy delivered in place of new policy after successful payment

I have renewed my 2 wheeler insurance (TN12-T-1584) on 14th July 2023.
On suceesful payment for policy renewal I got the old policy delivered IPO the new renewed policy with one Year extended validity.
The same was communicated over phone as well as through email.
No update received received yet where I need that renewed policy immediately as the old policy validity is expired.
Over a period there are more calls and disturbances from Policy Bazaar. But If we need to approach either through email or toll free absolutely pathetic.
Needs the updated valid policy at the earliest to avoid any further troubles
