I have purchased the Insurance policy on 3rd July 2023, only booking ID[protected] was generated and on going to the KYC step due to technical issue it was not going ahead.
I have reached out to the customer support team who were redirecting me to multiple teams and gave false assurances that the policy would be generated but no confirmation nor any details have been generated.
I would like an immediate refund of the same and there is no response on the same from them. Was this information helpful? |
