I booked a porter trip on 18/03/2023 to send a business consignment on 22:00 PM the trip started and the driver with all our material went to drop point destination and total fare amount was shown on app same paid, later on Portor team revised the fare after a day and called me and asking to pay extra amount where other than fare price which was already completed trip from porter app, porter asking recovery of extra money same handled by customer Supports. Now outstanding amount showing in my porter account every day these customer support team keep calling me and telling there was porter app software error so its not company issue and now u have to pay extra payment 258rs.kindly help on this issue. Because if its higher amount i should have choose other transport service now these company while booking showing one price and after they ask extra money even trip completed after a day other than normal fare, kindly help to stop making fraud by porter service.
