Porter — Goods not delivered

Hi I have booked two wheeler Porter on 1st Apr 2024 to pickup machine equipment from Ekkatutangal, chennai to Thirumudivakkam chennai. Goods Value is Rs.37, 500/-. But still material not delivered. Regarding this issue i raised complaint to Porter Customer care on 2nd Apr 2024. Complaint number is 48083872. I already shared the invoice copy to this whats app number [protected]. But still now i didn't received material or material value cost.
