Company subcontracted local agency for packing and moving. They broke my expensive and precious crockery. Company took no responsibility, and left it to me to sort out with agency. Finally company made me villan as if I was raising a false complaint and closed it. The agent called me to request withdrawal of complaint. Requests to company to escalate the complaint went unheeded. Never again will I use them or speak positively about them Was this information helpful? |
