I booked a 3 wheeler truck for my luggage transport in Bangalore. The amount showed was 348 and so I recharged my wallet and booked it. Once the drop of luggage completed it showed I have to pay 266 extra and the reason was pick/drop location changed but it was not true. So I paid the amount later I contacted customer care he said 20 km was added that's why but the distance was not even 5km. Then he contacted driver of that 3 wheeler and when verified, he said the extra amount paid will be refunded but it's not refunded and again when I contacted the customer care many times they cut my calls and said network issue and one time they tried to fool me by saying don't worry sir next time when you book automatically it will deduct from the total howcome when the amount is not even in my porter wallet will be subtracted from the next booking amount.
