Porter — Lost parcel

I booked porter on 1st February for sending food and a pack of Whey protein worth Rs 5909. The porter called and said that he had lost the parcel on the way . I called support team and they assured me that they would take necessary action and refund my money but no action has been taken. I need to be compensated for the lost goods. On top of that they charged me Rs 230 for the incomplete service.
