Porter delivered my products to forever office, mumbai. Forever company is running in 160+ countries and it's original branch is in USA. Mumbai forever office employees sent those products to forever's original branch without opening it and bcoz the branch is in foreign so it took a month to reach my products. And I was about to receive ₹27000 of those products. But i just received ₹15000. And they told me that your products worth ₹12000 are damaged. I'm in loss now because of porter. I complained it to porter and asked my loss amount. They told me that according to their terms and conditions i should complain about damaged products within 24 hours. How am I supposed to complaint about it in a day if the receiver lives in foreign and they responded about my damaged products after a month. I understand porter's terms but it it's not even my fault that the forever company is such a big company that they can't respond me within 24 hrs. I even told porter that please atleast provide me three fourth amount of my loss but they just don't want to. Please help! Was this information helpful? |
