This is in regards with the complaint i made to porter for my damaged monitor.
Few days back i hired porter 2 wheeler to pick my desktop from Shahad and deliver it to my home address(invoice attached). In the transit delivery boy broke the monitor i dont know in what way. When i switched on the monitor colourful screen appeared(image attached). I got it checked from Engineer and he told that the monitor is damaged and cannot be repaired .
I raised a complaint of this to porter for which they called and one whatsapp number was provided by them on the call for sending damaged monitor(Worth Rs.3900) photo and invoice. I sent the same on whatsapp(+[protected] after 2 days as i was not getting invoice. After that i followed up 2 times to reply but they are not replying now. When i call on customer care number it only says to book the vehicle. Kindly help to get the reimbursement from them for the damaged monitor.
