Hi, i've placed an order ord_6734 on march 21st and made the payment of rs 8080. Due to lockdown, order is held. I have waited almost a month. You're already aware of the pandemic situation. Now i'm in need of fund. And also the purpose for which saree ordered is cancelled. I want my money back. staff security in parking

The security personal in the two wheeler parking area mr. Shanmugavel at trichy pothys is a worst behavioral person, with absence of attitude.

I am visiting pothys for the past 3 years in trichy, till 14.03.2020 no one is asked me or any customer about the bills purchased for reference.

I have been emailing and also whatsup maxwell to assist me as customs charged me half the price of what i paid for the saree, when i was buying the saree i told maxwell i do not want to pay anything when it comes here, i have proof in messages sent to maxwell on whatsup.

missing of bill paid item on 25th january sale promotion

I brought 9 items. 1st one was onion big gor rs 101.90
I paid the total bill of rs 478./ the packing boy packed on a cartoon.
But when i opened the cartoon at home the onion big is missing.

make us to wait for 3 hours to make product exchange but still they didn't exchanged it

i have to give a complaint against the sales girl in the blouse section

Today i have purchased in trivandrum pothys. Sales girl in this section was not ready to cut the blouse piece she ask me to take polycotton blouse. customer service worst

Iam writing to express my dissatisfaction about the customer service in your Trichy branch.
The employees are extremely rude especially the security guards . Particularly, a security guard named Shankar was abusing me verbally when I took my vehicle from the parking.

I am living in chennai and customer of your concern for decades. I bought a saree on 8th of feb in your trichy showroom. After removing the blouse the length of the saree is too short than that of a regular one. It is only 4.5 m in length and hence it cannot be worn.
