I have purchases wide debit card with Pothys, without my knowledge cashier redeemed my debit card cashback points. also not reduced in my bills, i fully paid the bill amount. after few days i checked my debit card points history, I socked full points redeemed by pothys....

Hi Team,
This is to bring to your notice that I had bought a silk saree on 18th May 2018, and I had just worn it once, and I have observed that the border of the saree is torn at two to three places. I am highly disappointed with this defect/Fabric improper in my saree. For your information I have been a regular customer of pothys and I have purchased several sarees from Pothys chennai and Tirunelveli branches.

Today in pothys Salem I received a different pack that I haven't purchased. I received someone else parcel instead of mine.That parcel amount is 169 but inside that I could find 80RS worth one key chain only. Either I want my parcel back that I purchased or refund the amount ASAP. I have receipt that I purchased as a proof....

Nobody's show blowses to my spose in blowse section @ now, Kindly advice your staff about customer's satisfaction.I and my family were regularly visiting the Trichy shop, this is the second time I felt insulted. We are the last generation people visiting shops directly for purchasing, but the next generation goes on line purchase whichy is highly friendly, fully customer focused.

Pothys trivandrum employees are not wearing mask while they walk outside the building. Please inform them to wear mask even if they walk outside. We will have to call the police if they do not wear mask. I have seen many people not wearing mask and walk on the street(with pothys uniform) and some even wear mask on their chin ( not covering their mouth and nose). I have noticed many times when they walk out after their daily shift gets over....

I am to state that I have purchased material for "Pavadai Dhavani" among others in your firm on 07.11.2020 at a cost of ₹.13625.00 vide bill No.S/C 35944 and handed over the same for stitching the dress in the Tailoring Unit located in your firm vide order No.2027, Dt.07.11.2020. But, I shocked while receiving the dress on 10.11.2020 since the same was stitched in a worst condition and I have felt very unsatisfied and depressed...

I placed the above mentioned order on Nov 04th using pothys online shopping app and I don't see any update on the order so far with expected delivery date on 11th Nov.

The customer sipport number is not active sine last week and always receive line busy tone.
There is no option on the app to cancel order too.
I need refund amount....
