We r travel from shegaon to Pune in your bus our seat no.17& 18 and all blow air come in our area so we can't seat or sleep too we ask driver aastt but he say u r choose the seat and this is seat have proble we can't help

Can you look into the matter how u give service to ur customer

Dear Valuable customer received your feedback.As per your PNR seat no 17, 18 which comes upper berth in the middle & Air conditioning system is also in the middle so Air Flow is higher than other berth.Give us some time to improve our system.
