I was paying the bill online but due to some reasons the transaction was failed and i tried it again to pay the bill.
Bt the bill was debited twice from my account.

The earlier bill was for the period for 31/08/2016 to 04/11/2016 was 5120/-for the 713 units consumed, which was fine.
