[Resolved]  PVR Cinemas — pvr inox cinemas movie ticket money deducted but not booked

Hi team,

I tried to book tickets using the booking ID and the link provided on 23rd Feb 2024 for the movie Demon Slayer: Kimetsu No Yaiba - To The Hashira Training. Money was debited 3 times but the ticket was not received. When asked at the ticket counter, they informed me the ticket has not been booked due to some technical issues on their end and I gave the booking ID directly to and booked the ticket. He said that a refund will be issued in 10 working days and I got email from PVR cinemas about the failed transaction as well. It's been more than a month and still not received a refund.

These are the two case ID that was provided for the email that I have sent which was not answered.

The duty officer in INOX: LUXE Phoenix Market City who's name is Veda gave his number to share the transaction details so he can follow up. No response received from him as well. When I tried contacting him he said I need to send email to [protected]@pvrcinemas.com again and have to wait 10 more days which is not acceptable. 2 months to initiate refund for the wrong transaction that too the fault is on their side.

Please help by initiating the refund for the 3 transactions.
