On March 25th, 2024 I placed an order for my food using PVR application and I chose UPI payment method. The app redirects me into Google Pay and I completed my payment of 190Rs it was successful. However, the order is not showing as booked in PVR app.
I asked about this at pvr Food counter they said I will receive a refund within 48 hours. After 2 days again I Called PVR customer care they asked me to send an Email. I have sent the mail and received a reply like " A representative will call you shortly " after that there is no response. I called the customer care multiple times the line was always busy.
Atlast the call was connected a staff told that he had informed his team and they will contact me within 30 mins.
And I got a whatsapp message asking the payment details etc I have sent everything but again there is no reply. I was exhausted by their poor customer support and no proper response for my queries. Was this information helpful? |
