I booked an rto service from quikr.com for the duplicate license and address change. My license was slightly damaged and i don't want any trouble as i was moving abroad in the second half of november. He asked to make a payment of the service amount which i did in a jiffy! (Expecting a trouble free result). They promised me to do the entire process within 21 days. The payment was done on september 26th. After a few days i called up the guy and asked bout the dl he said they are waiting for an appointment from rto. Days past, amount paid but didn't hear from him again. Tried calling him up like 100 times. They picks my phone once in a blue moon.
The money i paid is my hard earned money. Their initial promise was an appointment from rto within 7 days and another 14 days from rto side. Almost 40 days have crossed and till now appointment date is not fixed. So i am damn sure they can't deliver the service before my day of travel. I have requested a refund and their response is terrible. I thought and believed quikr to be a peoples app but it turned out to be a nightmare for me.
I would request quikr team to look into this issue and provide me some closer and bare the charges of my loss!
