Rajasthan State Road Transport Corporation [rsrtc] — Money deducted but ticket not booked

I was trying to book ticket on rsrtc online booking site but the transaction failed. I made payment through mobikwik. Money was deducted from my account but ticket was not booked. My transaction details are -
Booking date - 30 July 2020
Amount - 145 inr
Boarding point - Jaipur
Destination point - Bharatpur
Bus type - roadways

It has been 2 days now. I have attached my payment invoice

I need refund of my money asap!!

did you get your money? i also lost my 461 rupees yesterday in this app. plz tell
I have two times ticket booked but amount debited via phone pay both times but ticket not book. I want refund and solve this problem.
