Yesterday on 20 aug 2011 I had lodged complaint at BSES at 3.15 pm at ph [[protected]] regarding fluctuation of light in one phase of our society because of which 8 to 10 flats were effected. My complaint no. was 2442. Till 6.00 pm nobody attended our complaint. Again at 6pm I called back [Reminder complaint no. was 3113].
At 11.30 pm there was no electricity in this phase, so I again called back, reply was SORRY we cant help AS SERVER...
