I have availed the service of requirenaukri.com to get the employment opportunity to which i had paid amount at different intervals. I was assured that whatever amount i have paid are refundable charges.
However as of now i have given one interview and same is being cleared. As per the process after the interview i was supposed to get the refund amount, however when i coordinated with the concern team i got to know that i in order to get the refund of earlier amount, i will have to pay the addition amount which was not disclosed to me in any other earlier communication.
This was very disappointed to me that i was not given the complete transparency of the payment to be made under your services.
As i am a job seeker and not in a position to make any further payment to you and could not afford to continue the services with you. Hence request you to discontinue my registration with you and request you to please refund the entire amount paid by me on priority basis.
