[Resolved] Redbus — Money debited But Ticket Not Received

I booked a bus ticket via Red BUS from its website online. I booked it for 1st Jan 2022. I booked a ticket for traveling to Raipur (C.G.) from Pathalgaon (C.G.). My money got debited but I haven't received my bus ticket. I am attaching the proof of transaction. Please verify if, for this transaction, you have allotted a ticket or not because I don't have any other details to show as my browser gets closed after the payment got debited from my account.
