Hi,
I had tried book ticket through red bus but transaction was failed and amount was deducted. I had raised complaint and got reply that you will get refund amount with in 2 working days. But, i am waiting yet.

We regret the inconvenience caused to you.
The money that is deducted from your account has not reached us as its a fail transaction. From our past experience, we have seen that in such cases, the money normally remains with the bank.
This refund will be initiated by your bank. Usually in such cases, banks automatically refund the amount in 2 bank working days.
If you don’t see the refund in 2 bank working days, kindly get in touch with your bank.
