i bought refrrigerators (DEPO-REF-KCL314) Dated on[protected] at Next india ltd surat , when arrive at my home i shaw the dent on both door and water comes out side ,when eng. coming for demo i told him the problem (he told me contact retailer) than i booked the complain on 15 june @ next the complain number is SUR[protected]. than eng coming on[protected] he told us need to change both door. after all this i went to show room it 5 minut way frommy house. i speak 1 of the worker he says manager not well so he leave for 1 weak. after 1 weak i m went show room again . i speak with manager (Mr.Subhash Ashari) he promised the dore will be change on 5 th july. today 16 july allreay doen my problem stilled pending .

Please give me jsutic . i purchase fridge 19.000 rs and second day i got problem. i ask for refund manager told me refund back 15% less the tax and it will be tack 15 days.

what can i do sir/madom give me advise.
