On 27/09/2014 i bought a 40"led tv from the next retail shop pathanamthitta, kerala. For the last couple of months the tv is not functioning properly, the volume decreases automatically. Please note that i ensured a 2 year extended warranty by paying rs1512/ at the time of purchasing the tv. Now the manufacturer or the dealer is not getting the tv repaired....

I recently purchased LG-21FU3AG from one of the NEXT Electronics outlet at Marol, Andheri (E), Mumbai-400072.
