But yogesh tell me come on Saturday but his not present. it's totally uncomfortable for me.
You please tell me what I do now.
Yogesh tell me after 7 day your product is ready if any problem I will tell him, but they not a any call message me

His tolled me in 7 days your product will be ready if any problem I will inform you.
But they not ans to my call message etc.
Yogesh senior service centre his tell my no anyone give u product without yogesh.
Before Friday yogesh r tell me u please come on Saturday and take your product, but they not answering your call message

    I have purchased an ac form reliance digital. Model was ar18nv3hrtrn. When ac was installing it was found that outdoor unit was different from the model i purchased. The model no of outdoor unit was ar12nv3hdtsx. However it was packed in outer box which mentioned model no ar18nv3hrtrn inside. I informed store but their response in not satisfactory.

      Reliance digital is selling the window acs with an offer of free standard installation. After purchase they mentioned that it includes only unpacking and plugging in the ac after putting into the designated place. So the first lie is, this process cannot cost rs. 500 (As per our invoice of purchase) which would take 68 minutes according to the resq rate chart.
      Secondly, they send installation people who are essentially third party people claiming to be from reliance digital having complete unprofessional attitude. They do not keep up the time which was booked for the installation. Secondly, they come up with a different rate with out any legitimate rate chart (Not same as provided by resq) for any extra work to be done. This not only creates a mess but also is cheating the buyer. The standard company installation everywhere is rs. 750 which includes wooden frame work (Except for the mason work). Instead reliance digital installation required rs. 920 as payment for making a wooden frame for installation and a half baked job done. This is unacceptable and a process to allure buys with free installation is bogus where the buyer lands up paying more than standard. To add to the agony of the buyer, when resq desk was called for sorting out the price discrepancy, there were no help provided. The price asked by the third party installation people had to be paid in order to avoid wasting another day for installation of the product bought from reliance digital. What a shame.

          invoice difference

          I have purchased 1.5 time ac from reliance digital surat-395009, it has been noticed that when i purchased ac they provided the bill amount of rs.39991.00 but at the time of delivery of product the invoice copy of bill was provided for rs 38446.99, were as i had paid 39991.00.

          How can bill and invoice copy can be different when product is same.

          Dear sir,
          I hv purchase my mb lyf wind 6 from your reliance digital center... On may 2017
          After a week found issue of heating and touch pad problem. Then reliance digital employee sent me to reliance retail service center. Then i visit twice a time then representative check my ph and update software and said ph ok.
          After 4-5 month onces again heating and touch pad issue then service center once again resolution.. But not successful.
          After sm time month of august.. My ph is sliped my hand and broke it's lcd.. Then visit nathu colony service center which nearby my home.. Then reliance retail emp.. Mera ph check kia phir kha 3 days later ana.. Afterc03days i visit with my spouse.. And shouted then he said gives me 04 days more i hv no options so given time.. A week lastly got it ph and said six months warranty. I visit my home.. After two weeks touch problem then anti virus update by representative when visit service center.. But feel not good.. And many time s i hv feel very sorry on believe on name of reliance..
          Still moth of feb when my ph touch max tension then service center said that lcd once again change.. Pl help what i do... Once again rs 1461/- karu ki nahi...
          Bimar reliance ph na kharida... Services la nam per bhi dhoka... Sare nam reliance ka mitibm mila rhae h..

            I had bought a micromax40 inch led tv from reliance digital with reliance resq 3 years extended warranty. A biggest mistake that i had ever made. There was a display issue complaint raised on 24.03.2018. The reply from technician was that the part is not available and we will refund the tv insurance amount back. But till now i have not recieved the refund. Very poor service and response from reliance. I will have to raise a complaint in consumer court if the issue is not solved within 24 hrs.

              I was quiet happy with reliance, untill i faced this worst experience with my purchase. I bought a whirlpool refrigerator on 4th of apl, and i got the delivery only after 2 days. Was happy with the service. But, when i opened the box, to my surprise, the product was totally damaged. I wonder how can someone is so irresponsible in product quality check. Soon i placed a complain on the same. And i got a confirmation that my new refrigerator got billed with reliance. Its been more than 15 days, and still i have not get my product. While writing this, cant express my anger. But, after so many purchases, this would be my last one. I will make sure, neither me nor any of my near will make any purchase after this worst experience of mine.

                I want buy voltas ac but didn't received any inverter ac to my home they said delivered as 10 days but 2 months didn't received ac so be careful i would like to request u please do not buy any product's from reliance digital...                   I have ordered lg watching machine on 16/4/18 and i wish to change the product when i visited the showroom they were not in support to change it and they were not giving attention towards aur complaint pethetic agents and service as they r not professional to handle a customer as we are paying full cash fr the product then als they are not giving any solution for it i request you to plz check on it and contact the showroom and help me in exchanging the product or else refund the amount as we are not interested in the product if its not replace kindly refund the amount which i paid revert back asap

                    Hii i m a customer of reliance degital cable connection we hav done recharge of 1500 and we r told that v wl b able to enjoy al the t. V channels but very next day few channels stop working and aftr 15 20 days not even a single channel is appearing so v want our refund v are unsatisfied with that i[censored] r promising ur customer to provide service than how u can do this its better not to promise.

                      I had booked for redmi note 5 pro on april 3 2018 and paid rs.2000/- in advance at reliance digital store at moghul lane, matunga (Nr. Big bazar). They 100% guaranteed to issue the said product within 10 days as only 3 customer's bookings pending. They also told me that they would give me a call as soon the piece is ready but they never called. I made several calls on[protected]. They kept on giving same reply that the product is not is stock. Now its already 15 days nor have i received any call nor the product. Wonder how is it possible that since 3/4/2018 not a single piece has arrived in this store?

                          Executive explained it was very special and model with more cooling effect. But it was not at all cooling.

                          After usage of 2 days also water not at all finished and there was no cooling effect. Symphony fan inside cooler behaves not like a regular ceiling fan.

                          Executive cheated me and delivered waste product. Very unuseful and waste product to me.

                          I requested to replace with any other but they are refusing and even not speaking to me at the store perfectly.

                          My 10000/- money got waste.

                              Most of paid channel from dth are giving technical error message, i have recharged for 2 year recently as that mentioned all paid channel free for 2 years. But most of paid channel which were coming at recharge time are now discontinued please refund my money if these channel are not being enabled its been more than 10 days since the channel discontinued and a message started appearing on dth channel mentioned that “we are unable to show some channel due to technical reason….”.

                              Complaint email was sent to [protected]@reliancedigitaltv.com on[protected].

                              Now not even single channel is coming from[protected], and reliance complaint number is also not being attended.

                              Reliance is scamming customers to such an extent, no wonder it’s the richest company in India..the most horrible customer service, it’s ridiculous how such a big organisation can not provide customer satisfaction..

                                I have done pre booking for big tv on 1st march 2018, they promised to give the connection before 30 to 45 days, but it's more than 48 days now, no connection done.
                                Contacted many times to customer care they don't speak properly, mails not replied, tweets also ignored.
                                Such a attitude from reliance is shocking, it clearly shows that company will not last long.
                                As a customer i want my 500 rs return with interest n penalty for such mental torture.
                                I appeal all to file complaint to consumer forum n forward this matter to media by all means.
                                I'm doing it, i'm from amravati.

                                I had prebooked RDTV 2 connection and paid Rs.998 it’s more than a month but there is neither any communication from their end nor do they pick up the call on toll free number. My pre booking Id is 14529603. I want my money back if they don’t provide the connection immediately.
                                They are cheating people big time and have taken away the money of the people. I also got the message on 15th may 2018 that "Congratulations! for Booking Your RBIG TV Connection. Installation will be done between 30 to 45 Days.Your Booking ID is 14548979 and No of Connections 1'

                                However no installation has been done so far. They are cheating customers big time .

                                  I am very disappointed with the response even after repeated follow up with the customer care team. It is more than a week even after registering complaint multiple times to customer care I did not get resolution on my tickets.
                                  I made a purchase of Voltas 1.5Ton AC from Reliance digital and I made request for 1st installation towards the same, I raise complaint on 2nd April and request to TAC visit on my given place by weekends only. But when I call to customer care on 7th I got to know my request is cancelled without any reason. Person on call suggest me to raise a new one and engineer will visit by tomorrow but again on Sunday I raised a mgs on my number your “this is informing you that you don’t required engineer to visit so cancelling the ticket” this is horrible experience with Reliance am I fool that I made request and took multiple follow-ups with customer care if I do not want engineer onsite?

                                    1. We had purchased samsung washing machine model number - wa90j5730ss dated : 07/04/2018 worth 34, 300/- from below mentioned reliance digital store:

                                    Reliance retail limited 20/6/2/3 sparsh plaza, hinjawadi main road, next marriot court yard, pune mh 411057

                                    2. The product was delivered at our place on the next day.

                                    3. Once the delivery was done, the delivery people opened the machine from the front end and asked us to check the machine, it seemed to be fine to us from front, reliance being our regular purchasing store, we did not opened the entire machine and checked whether there was any issue and as asked by the delivery people i signed the document he provided.

                                    4. Within couple of hours the installation person : ashpak came and then when he started to remove the outer cover, and turned the machine backside, noticed that the machine had an portion that was damaged and the screw was not in its place and hence raised an ticket and said us that this machine should be replaced.

                                    5. He took the necessary photo of the machine and sent to the concerned department and asked them to replace the machine and also said that the replaced machine would be delivered by tomorrow i. E. Date : 09/04/2018

                                    6. The replaced machine has not yet been delivered, instead while we went to the store and asked the enquiry desk about the status, came to know that "no one is ready to approve the replacement request" and hence the machine cannot be replaced.

                                    7. Mr. Swapnil salvi from service department and mr. Suyog pawar from dc department seems to be least interested regarding this request and has said that "if the customer has signed the form" we cannot replace the machine. This seemed to be very rude. It has been twice i had to go to the store and then get this kind of comment. This is disappointing and would refrain me from purchasing any products from the store hence forth.

                                    No customer is that technical to understand and check the product in and out during delivery and also check if a screw is present at its place or not and as said the installation person himself spotted out the issue which was sent by him with screenshots to some department.

                                    The product was not opened in the trust of receiving safe and best products from reliance, but never knew about such an scenario or damaged products can also be delivered.

                                    What as an ideal customer should react to this?

                                    Myself being an regular customer for reliance would never expect this kind of service for new products.

                                    I need the replacement of product at any cost or else please return back my money.

                                    I would never expect delivery of such products from reliance and escaping the situation and commenting that this is not their issue and pushing back the things to customer.

                                    It is better to purchase products from an local store rather than such an brand "reliance"

                                    What is the use of such an policy where the customer is not even considered and refrained regarding things where investing such an amount and not receiving good products.

                                    It is very disappointing that i have even purchased an extended warranty for the product by investing an extra amount.

                                    It has been more thane 8 days and the machine is still kept packed as this is not usable and not installed yet, but yet not received any positive response from the reliance digital, they seem to be routing the issue to different teams.

                                    I have purchased Moto G5s plus from reliance digital Pune with offer price rs 12999, whereas it was billed for 14999 and staff was not aware about any offer, even the same was not updated in system.
                                    Not at all expected from such well know unit.
                                    Very disappointing as it caused trouble to me.

                                      Hi i have purchased thunderbird storm's speakers in reliance digitals, khammam in2015. After 1 year front power board has gone... I complained to reliance digitals, khammam but they have not gone through our complaint and not giving any response regarding that since 1 year and kept the speakers wid them only... Kindly go through the complaint...
