1. We had purchased samsung washing machine model number - wa90j5730ss dated : 07/04/2018 worth 34, 300/- from below mentioned reliance digital store:
Reliance retail limited 20/6/2/3 sparsh plaza, hinjawadi main road, next marriot court yard, pune mh 411057
2. The product was delivered at our place on the next day.
3. Once the delivery was done, the delivery people opened the machine from the front end and asked us to check the machine, it seemed to be fine to us from front, reliance being our regular purchasing store, we did not opened the entire machine and checked whether there was any issue and as asked by the delivery people i signed the document he provided.
4. Within couple of hours the installation person : ashpak came and then when he started to remove the outer cover, and turned the machine backside, noticed that the machine had an portion that was damaged and the screw was not in its place and hence raised an ticket and said us that this machine should be replaced.
5. He took the necessary photo of the machine and sent to the concerned department and asked them to replace the machine and also said that the replaced machine would be delivered by tomorrow i. E. Date : 09/04/2018
6. The replaced machine has not yet been delivered, instead while we went to the store and asked the enquiry desk about the status, came to know that "no one is ready to approve the replacement request" and hence the machine cannot be replaced.
7. Mr. Swapnil salvi from service department and mr. Suyog pawar from dc department seems to be least interested regarding this request and has said that "if the customer has signed the form" we cannot replace the machine. This seemed to be very rude. It has been twice i had to go to the store and then get this kind of comment. This is disappointing and would refrain me from purchasing any products from the store hence forth.
No customer is that technical to understand and check the product in and out during delivery and also check if a screw is present at its place or not and as said the installation person himself spotted out the issue which was sent by him with screenshots to some department.
The product was not opened in the trust of receiving safe and best products from reliance, but never knew about such an scenario or damaged products can also be delivered.
What as an ideal customer should react to this?
Myself being an regular customer for reliance would never expect this kind of service for new products.
I need the replacement of product at any cost or else please return back my money.
I would never expect delivery of such products from reliance and escaping the situation and commenting that this is not their issue and pushing back the things to customer.
It is better to purchase products from an local store rather than such an brand "reliance"
What is the use of such an policy where the customer is not even considered and refrained regarding things where investing such an amount and not receiving good products.
It is very disappointing that i have even purchased an extended warranty for the product by investing an extra amount.

It has been more thane 8 days and the machine is still kept packed as this is not usable and not installed yet, but yet not received any positive response from the reliance digital, they seem to be routing the issue to different teams.
