Updated by GopalkumarRanjana Mukhopadhyay I have purchased on 31.01.2018 LG-mobile, K7i, Mosquito Away, SL No.[protected].
From begining it has following defects as minimum
(1) Very very poor sound level & quality, I am not able to hear properly, OR almost can not hear during voice call
(2) Its touch pad stopped working, OR working whimisically from 1st week of March.
(3) It ringtone is of very low level of sound
(4) Ringtone cannot be customised
(5) Ringtone stopped giving sound completely from 26March, 2018.
(6)Reliance Digital, Avani Riverside Mall, Howrah, West Bengal refused to get it replaced
(7) Reliance Digital insist I take it to LG service center
(8) After heated arguments, Reliance Digital agreed as a favour to take it to LG service center from their own; but till now, almost 48 hours after ( 7PM 0f 28March) they have not yet taken to service center.
(9) I want Reliance Digital must give me new mobile device of same OR more features & qualities from reputed manufacturer.
