I had purchased a Kent RO, Model "Grand" from Reliance Digital Asansol on 25.03.17. As suggested by their sales, I had opted for a 3 year term "resQ" plan.
After 6 months, I had requested for a scheduled check but it was not attended.
No scheduled maintenance or routine check is done till date. It has been a year since the purchase.

Finally my machine broke down on 17th March. I had informed reliance digital, Asansol about the same and also written numerious mails to resq customer care. But after 15 days of delay resq service personnel visited for maintenance, they only cleaned the filters with plain water, made me purchase another filter kit worth 1k.
But soon after they left the machine again stopped working.

    मैंनेjiosmsjobके लिए शुरूआत मे2050, बाद मे5000, इसके बाद6550/-पैसे डूब न जाए इस डर से दिए लेकिन अभी 5000/-और मांग रहे है ।मुझे[protected], [protected], [protected] से फोन तथा what's app number[protected]द्वारा नौकरी के लिए documents की मांग की गई थी ।मुझे नौकरी की तलाश है इसलिए मैंने उधार लेकर भी 13550/-दिया लेकिन नौकरी तो मिली नही है पैसे खर्च किए वो अलग

      Billing issue, total amount received for product and billed amount for the product is different.

      They said iron box is free gift with refrigerator. But in the bill they have charged iron box.
      I have purchased this on March 20th 2018 and 2nd day l have registered the complaint in customer care. Till now no solution. CC people says the complaint is closed and stores person says complaint escalated to head office and no response.

      Purchased at reliance digital vijayanagar.
      Request everyone to check your bill after purchase.

        I m prashenjeet swain.
        I m buying a refrigerator 27/03/2018.
        But till i didn't received. After then i visited the store (Tgip mall noida sec38a) the store employee are said me please you can back your money. The product are not in stock.
        But they are completing finance process and take advance money.
        They sell product to me force fully. I m not satisfied their service. They are give me fake promises and spoil my time and money.
        They are not behaving properly.
        Please take some serious step regarding those kind of employees.

          I have purchased a Laptop - Model 5567 - DELL from your Nagole Store on 29.12.2017 vide B.No.[protected].

          Within 1 week I approached the showroom and complained that the system is very slow and is hanging up. They asked us to bring the Laptop. While selling the product they assured us that the product has on sight warranty.
          But when we enquired about this, their response was not satisfying. They say that on-sight warranty was for only Hardware problems. If so they must have mentioned it while selling the product. Unlike your company, other Showrooms are sending technicians immediately without much inconvenience to us.

          I am a regular customer of M/s. PAi Electronics, Uppal branch. I have earlier purchased a laptop with Touch Screen from there and on my complaint their technician attended within 24 hrs.

          After several complaints, your Nagole store personnel have asked us to bring the Laptop and wasted more than 2 hrs of our time trying to repair it at their end. Later they could not and returned us the piece and said that they have registered a complaint on our behalf. On 18th March also I spoke to your Branch Manager and the concerned Executive - Mr.Anji Goud - Technical Expert ID:60337474 who has attended us at the time of sale. We have made several calls but in vain.
          Now, we are feeling a lot of pain by buying a product from your store. There is no response to our complaints and no redressal to our grievance.

          Hope your company resolves this issue immediately or I may be constrained to approach Consumer Forum.

            Had bought tv on 6th march but when delivered it was broken. Customer support told me it will take 7 days to replace the tv. I did not want to wait that long andso cancelled the tv on 9 th march and got actual cancellation note from reliance on 12th march which promised refund in 15 days.
            As this purchase was done using debit card emi, so emi deduction will happen on 5th april and i highlighted this several times and asked them to refund or cancel the loan with bank.
            Its been around 3 weeks and i am still struggling to get definitive response from sales and grievance team of reliance on this.

            Need answer from reliance about refund mode and exact date for refund.

            Worst customer support after sales with reliance digital.

              Purchased washing machine. No installation person came even after 3 days. I have made over 20 phone calls to the store. Each time either they put me on hold or tell me the person will come in next few hours. At time of purchase they confirmed installation in 24 hours and now it is over 3 days. Worst customer serivice whwre customer has to constantly keep following up.

                We had purchased sansui 39" led tv from reliance digital, mount road @ chennai on october 2016. We also took a three year extended warranty with reliance resq plan which states no matter what happens to the tv its insured and all spareparts including panel/motherboard etc will be replaced free of cost and if not replaceable the amount of the tv would be given as a credit note and we could purchase any other later, if required.

                On january 29 2018, the tv went blank and we spoke with reliance customer care, they had delegated service issue to a local amc vendor newtech and after 2 weeks of follow-up a service engineer who came said the backlit of led has conked and panel and mother board has no issues so it can be easily fixed. But for which i need to make the payment and have it reimbursed from reliance digital.

                I was shocked to hear that! Why is that i need to make rs.6000 + to some engineer while reliance resq team had assured me not to pay anything, so i called up reliance customer service and they had it clarified with reliance digital store, mount road @ chennai and confirmed i do not have to pay and they will arrange between amc vendor and themselves. The service engineer felt arrogant and left without taking the tv.

                After 6 days of follow-up on taking tv for service on feb 15 the tv was taken for service and promised to be returned on feb 17th as backlit problem needs 1 day to be rectified.

                Every three days since february i am calling reliance customer service and amc vendor they have been giving false promises and not keeping their commitment.

                Mr. Mose, mr. Vimal, mr. Gopinath who attend calls from store are giving false promises, even though amc vendor is cheating them which numerous occasion i have informed they are still not bothered.

                First it was backlit problem, amc vendor states its fixed

                Second, led panel - they claim the panel is not working and they ordered for led panel wherein it was working with no issue. Reliance did not make payment on time hence spare part procuring got delayed and they claim they fixed it too.

                Third - software not upgraded. So they bought appropriate software and took three days to upgrade system in tv

                Fourth - motherboard is busted. This after several follow up by me and my wife were only told on march 31, 2018 that new issue has popped.

                Why is that amc is going on fooling reliance and in the end as a customer i am not given my right for entertainment,

                I and my family are suffering by not watching tv because of someone who tries to loot reliance??? This is being pasted in consumer complaint board and planning to send it to consumer court too!!!

                More than a month we are denied for our rights to know what status is it? We are not asking for charity but for a paid service and delayed service and appliance not given to us in the committed time!!!

                Also, they are so irresponsible by not even providing us a spare or stand by tv... Such an ugly affair with reliance and to confirm it will be the last!!!

Its been happening every time i complain. From past 2 years. I dono why you people sell extra warrenty when you dont want to provide service. Give good service we ll recommend reliance.                     I'm vijay from chennai. I have booked lg 43 inch tv (Uhd) on saturday-31/03/2018 and they promised to deliver on sunday 01/04/2018 but product is not delivered and installation also not happen.
                    Mean while yesterday-01/04/2018 i got a message from reliance stating than 'your product is delivered' how come it's possible
                    Why should i get a wrong conformation from reliance. Customer care is not answering properly. There is no response at the store also (Ashok pillar store chennai)
                    This is not fair at all. Customer service is very worst.
                    I want to know one thing "why should i get a wrong conformation from reliance"

                      Sir, yesterday, 30 mar 18 (Fri) at 11:16:37 hrs i purchased one sony sad40 80 watt (4 speaker) music system at the cost of rs7990.00 from reliance digital, marwa hub, police bazar, shillong. During payment, the sales manager billing on that counter was forcefully swiped my debit card in a un-trusted swiping machine other than approved by goi. When i repeated interrupted not to use my debit card in that swipe machine, the sales manager replied me that reliance company has instructed them to do so. By seeing my protest, he finally swiped my debit card in a register swipe machine as per goi/bank authorization. Sir, i want to ask you, "can any seller compel a customer to be swiped his debit card in a un-trusted/illegal swipe machine and that to after repeated refusal by customer"? I want to know what is the intention behind forceful swiping in a unauthorized machine? Why seller's monopoly, whyn't customer's satisfaction? Waiting for your lawful and justified reply. Jaihind

                        It seems your clock also work the same way as your pathetic service. No call or feedback

                        Please take my recommendation seriously and change your sale tag - your happiness is our priority - change it to - taking customers for guaranteed or taking customers
                        For a ride is our only priority.

                        I have purchased a samsung refrigerator on the 27th march 2018 evening with assurance of 100% delivery on 28th march 2018 from ril digital store in park mansions,
                        Park street, kolkata.

                        28th march 2018 - no response from store or delivery team

                        29th march 2018 - visit to store 3 times to ensure delivery as a marriage involved in the family for sure delivery and was assured by mr chinmay/mr. Rajesh at customer service
                        That 100 % delivery will be done but their was no response again.

                        Their was not even a courtesy call or shown any professionalism in informing the reason for the delay - such pathetic attitude

                        30th march 2018 - visit to store twice to ensure delivery the store manager mr. Somnath assured me that by 4pm on 30th it will be delivered, then again a follow-up again was assured delivery by 6pm by mr. Rajesh, customer service - again a follow up at 830pm in the evening that we have still no news of delivery - again was assured by mr. Chinamy that at any cost
                        It will be delivered that the van was at bondel gate - 20 minutes away from my house - at 945pm before the store closure - again was assured that delivery will take place no matter how late

                        Mr. Somanth the store manager tried his best to his ability and even promised me that if the delivery is not done by 30th march i. E after full 2 days of promised delivery date on
                        28th march - we will refund the amount - delivery failed - reliance digital - sucks badly

                        Today 31st - store professionalism as pathetic as your false tag line

                        Is this the customer priority you advertise about making customers happy or is it just an additional advertising gimmicks.

                        Absolutely poor show and highly not recommended for any other purchase to all my friends for sure -

                          I have purchased a whirlpool washing machine on 18th march and it was delivered on 26th march but till time company service engg yet not visited nor any employee giving proper solution to us. Sangli serviceanager not picking up call for two days. What is he use of purchase then if i not able to use it even after 10 days. Disgusting service by sangli employee and service manager. I will raise a complain with consumer court now. Reliance used our money and we are not getting a single rupee benefit from it.

                            I had purchased a full h. D. Sony smart tv 32' on 17th mar' 18 from reliance digital store, vivana mall, thane west.
                            I was promised a free panel warranty on the 2nd year. But nothing about the committed warranty is written on the bill or on the instruction manual. This is deep dissatisfaction for a regular customer like me. Kindly check with prachi from team resq who had committed me the warranty.

                              I have purchased on 31.01.2018 lg-mobile, k7i, mosquito away, sl no.[protected].
                              From begining it has following defects as minimum
                              (1) very very poor sound level & quality, i am not able to hear properly, or almost can not hear during voice call
                              (2) its touch pad stopped working, or working whimisically from 1st week of march.
                              (3) it ringtone is of very low level of sound
                              (4) ringtone cannot be customised
                              (5) ringtone stopped giving sound completely from 26march, 2018.

                              (6) reliance digital, avani riverside mall, howrah, west bengal refused to get it replaced
                              (7) reliance digital insist i take it to lg service center
                              (8) after heated arguments, reliance digital agreed as a favour to take it to lg service center from their own; but till now, almost 48 hours after (7pm 0f 28march) they have not yet taken to service center.
                              (9) i want reliance digital must give me new mobile device of same or more features & qualities from reputed manufacturer.

                              I have purchased on 31.01.2018 LG-mobile, K7i, Mosquito Away, SL No.[protected].
                              From begining it has following defects as minimum

                              Reliance Digital handed over the above LG make mobile device to LG service center vide Sl .No. 8523 on 28.03.2018.
                              LG and Reliance Digital says that the device has been kept under their observation.

                              As on 30 march, no response from LG service center, and their phone nos are not accessible.
                              LG / OR its selling agent Reliance digital must replace the mobile device .

                                  Bought a new google pixel 2 phone from reliance digital mantri mall, bangalore on 6th jan 2018 with jio cashback offer on exchanging the old phone. It has been almost 3 months and the cash back is not processed yet. The store people do not respond and give false promises of timelines.
                                  Mr salman (Salesperson) and mr satish (Sales manager) just talk with progress.

                                    I had purchased a voltas a/c from reliance digital store karkardooma delhi and purchased a subscription of 2000 rupees annually for service and repair. Now when my air conditioner is not working it had been submitted to your service center on 11th march, we got our a/c back after one week but still was not working and send back. My only concern is that if the part is not working then kindly change the part. It has been 15 days but still i have no information by when i will get my a/c or how much more time will it take, really fed up with this sort of service. As we are getting trouble from this and your call center guys have no sense of responsibility. I called today and i was told by him that it takes 15 days and if you want it early get a local part in it. Is this the kind of services you guys providing. I want a immediate solution for this and want my a/c part replaced with 'original part'.

                                      Hi team,

                                      This is regarding purchase of lg microwave oven from reliance digital store in logix mall of noida.

                                      As agreed during purchase on 18th march 18 and as mentioned on invoice, oven was to be delivered by 19th march 18.

                                      The oven has not been delivered to me till now and on asking reasons, i am told that item is not in stock.

                                      Stock should have been checked for availability before selling item.

                                      This is very pathetic condition of your stores, that even after paying whole amount in advance i am not getting my item on time as agreed on.

                                      Your store and centralized customer support team keeps on giving one or other excuse to customer.

                                      Even today on asking them they are not able to solve it and are saying, that they will deliver it by 29th march. This is not what i paid for.

                                      I want positive update in this at earliest, else i will planning some other course of action on this.

                                        Purchased tv in nov 2017. After 4 months o[censored]sage, there started issues with display. Its flickering and there are lines in display.

                                        Tv is in unusable condition since 10 march 2018.
                                        I have put a complaint on customer care, but they are taking too much time and the technician is not trained enough to identify the faulty part. Today the technician has changed sone part after 15 of raising complaint and still tv is not working. He says the the panel need to be replaced and will have to be shipped from mumbai which may again take 15 days.

                                        This is highly unacceptable behaviour from such company and i hereby seek quick resolution to my issue.

                                        I have checked at the dealer and found that the TV model is discontinued and is not available in with the dealer for replacement. Hence I would not want an replacement but prefer to get refund.

                                        I want complete refund. Kindly provide refund of 64999 rs.
