My mob handset problem is very low sound comes from hearing speakar. I went to shop. They gave me customer care no. I have registered claim. My id was request id :135589. They rejected my claim for some result. But i am not agree with this.. I need call records. They mail me that
[ your claim dated[protected] has been rejected due to delay in claim intimation.

Following was the description shared:
Customer mobile is working fine and he is facing with the hearing problem with his mobile and mobile volume is but also sound is very low

In internal verification you confirm that your handset got damage last 7 days ago.

However as per the policy terms & conditions the claim should be intimated within 48 hrs, failure in the same would not be admissible.

Hence we cannot process the claim further.]

I need call records to here. And i have warranty till july -2020. Otherwise refund my money. I was out of town thats why i have not registered complaint early.. And i never told that my phn was damage..

    Dear sir,

    We purchased samsung a 50 in march 2019 and reliance sales personnel offered a insurance scheme which covers physical damage up to one year from the date of purchase. Yet we were not agree to purchase the insurance but they assured us that if anything happens you just informed us and we will take care. They never informed us about the policy that damages/claim have to be reported 48 hrs.

    While damage occurred in 18 june'19, intimation given to reliance digital store but they provide a toll free number for claim and even that day they never informed about "48" hrs.

    As a regular customer of your store we should not suffer this loss because total fault is of reliance personnel who didn't explained the policy condition that if damage occurred to be informed within 48 hrs otherwise claim shall be rejected.

    So loss/damage repair is moral responsiblty of reliance digital.

    Please look into matter otherwise i will take this matter to consumer court/forum and take help of social midia.

    It's not matter of few thousand rupees but if reliance personnel trying to bluff a reputed authority then what else we can aspect for the general public.

    Sir please take a serious note and initiate a proper action to solve my problem.

    Insurance company is not defaulter because they have given clear policy to reliance digital but this is the great lapse on part of reliance personnel who didn't explained terms and condition clealy to the costumer, otherwise i would have informed within 48 hrs.

    Above mentioned conversation taken place between support relresq n head of consumer support but from all end they try to convince us that they have done their duties honestly whereas truth is entirely different because when we purchased samsung a 50 mobile set they told about the insurance for the set which is going to cover physical damage for one year from the date of purchase but they never informed us that if damage occurred it has to be registered within 48 hrs.
    When damage occurred we contacted reliance resq and they gave a toll free number and even then didn't informed about 48 hrs policy.
    So without knowing 48 hrs policy when registered claim it was rejected on account of the delay intimation.
    Please resolve this matter and replacement order to be issued to reliance digital store as i have been victimised by the incomplete information shared by reliance sales personnel.

      I bought a reconnect washing machine in month of august 2019 at perumbakkam reliance digital branch, it's just received day and the dryer is not functioning and door not sit properly. Still am not used product,
      Service technician came for a check and he was trying to remove and repair the product, but i said don't remove and repair please replace, that's new product.
      Already too late product recieved from 5days gone, we having 40days kid so dress washing is very important so respond quickly,
      Kindly replace or else refund the cash.

      Worst service of reliance digital... i ordered anker powercore+.. and it delivered powercore not its + model.. so i camplained and the customer service denied.. just worst service of reliance digital.. and now i will never purchase from this site..

        (A) 15 jul 19 - complaint lodged service request 21992328.
        (B) 15 jul 19 - sms indicating that service request 21992328 has been completed without any action.
        (C) 15 jul 19 - fresh service request lodged [protected].
        (D) 16 jul 19 - message from reliance resq stating complaint assigned to technician who will attend to it on 15 jul 19 (One day prior to receipt of message).
        (E) 16 jul 19 - ac mech name unknown mobile no [protected] contacted us pics of ac remote and ac bar code which was sent to him immediately.
        (F) 19 jul 19 - enquired from ac technician on whatsapp. Technician stated that complaint is in pending and will take four (04) days more. No action till 29 jul 19.
        (G) 29 jul 19 - on enquiry with customer care sms stating regrets of delay, concern logged with us.
        (H) 30 jul 19 - sms indicating that service request [protected] has been completed without any action.
        (I) 30 jul 19 - on enquiry with custome care, mr arbaz expressed regrets and allotted fresh service request no [protected] & [protected].
        (J) 30 jul 19 - sms expressing regrets in delay of repairs.
        (K) 30 jul 19 - mail sent to all concerned by me expressing anguish on delay in repairs.
        (L) 30 jul 19 - reply from mr vikramjeet anand, ceo escalation team, reliance digital retail ltd.
        (M) 30 jul 19 - phone call from mr vikramjeet assuring things would be rectified by 02 aug 19.

        (O) 05 aug 19 - no (No) action by anyone. No intimation of action.
        (P) 06 aug 19 - spoke to mr lalit kiran of customer escalation team, he promised a call back within 1 hr. Received an sms stating concern is being addressed on priority with a fresh no [protected].
        (Q) 06 aug 19- phone call from mr vikramjeet assuring things would be rectified by 08 aug 19.
        (R) 10 aug 19 – no (No) action by anyone. No intimation of action.
        (S) 10 aug 19 - spoke to customer sevice centre, again only apologies. Call transferred to mr lalit kiran, again, concerned person will call up after 1 hr. Pathetic response by mr lalit kiran.

          I bought a 40k panasonic ac from reliance digital malad. I paid the down payment and had taken kotak bank's emi option.
          I was supposed to receive the delivery the next day.
          I did not receive the delivery. I called up the store and now they say that, the ac went out of stock in just a day and i had to change my model.
          Which shop doesn't know their inventory itself.
          All they are doing is cheating people.

            I have purchased a 32 inch panasonic led tv from reliance digital on 28-july-2019 and as per their commitment, they have to deliver the tv on 29-july-2019 and after 1 day installation will be done by the service team, but they missed to deliver the tv on 29-july and delivered on 30-july. As they communicated that the installation will be in place after the delivery and it supposed to be done on next day which is 31-july. Service guy came on 31-july and found that the accessories for wall mounting and even the tv stand are missing with the package. He suggested to notify the reliance digital to provide proper accessories or just do a visit and collect the accessories from them. When i went to reliance digital they told me that the tv you purchased was a display piece and the accessories are not come with the package which was a false commitment they made when i purchased the tv. Reliance digital executive gave me few screws which are required for wall mounting and told me that they will arrange my tv accessories and deliver it to your home on the same day. I am continuously following up with the reliance digital and daily they are giving me false commitment that the installation will be done today, tomorrow, before end of the day today and so on. Lastly, today on 3-august i called reliance digital again and told them that i am cancelling my weekend plan and expecting the service team for installation of my tv and they said your request is on high priority and it will be completed on 3-aug.
            After so many follow up and calls during these 5 days nobody came with the remaining accessories and nobody came from service team for the installation, today on 3-august i am writing this complaint and i still waiting for the service team and a commitment from the reliance digital that when my tv installation will be done. Please accept this complaint and take necessary actions against reliance digital and whoever is responsible for the delay, so that they will never waste the customer's time and money.

              Hi team,

              Very bad experience with reliance digital extended warranty resq team,

              I have purchased an product ao smith water purifier along with extended warranty, and now my product is under warranty,

              I have logged an complaint for an issue on the product on 29th july 2019, still none of the resources visited resolved the issue., though they didn't respond to me proper way.

              One of your team leader was interacted on the same he is also used unparliamentary words with me and he is asking who asked to purchase product and and warranty, is this the right way to treat with customers. I want to take action on the same for delaying the incident.

              They are saying they do not have water purifier service engineers to resolve the issue. I want to know if they dont have the resource how did they sale extended warranty.

              Am not sure reliance team is sleeping / playing games.

              I just want to know how many days do you need to resolve the incident, hope one year is enough to resolve or still need more many years?

              I would request you to take an action on the same.

                I had purchased a sony tv and samsung 700 litres sbs on 5th july. I was not provided any invoice, not bill of hard copy stating u would receive all by email. A person without email are not eligible to buy a product from reliance i presume. I had issues with billing section of hdfc too. Couldn't find any professionalism with them too. A week later fridge was delivered and reliance called to tell me installation might be delayed as they had to send a specialised engineer. The person attended was vignesh who only opened the box, switched on the machine, took 2000/- and left. I had made a complaint the very same day to samsung customercare and informed the store manager too. The very next day i found droplets of water around the vent and vegetables were getting stale and rotten. I had made a complaint on this too with both the concerns and hdfc too. Due to all these hassles i told the store not the send me their engineers for the tv and sony ppl had come for installation. After many a struggle samsung ppl had a reliance engineer come home on sunday for installation. They had mentioned onlysamsung engineers have to deal. It's an internal issue. I had posted a complaint in samsung online too. The store didn't bother sending another engineer for installation wen i had raised the issue. All the staff were not courteous and were not bothered. The smaller stores give u a more better service and easier and it's one to one. I was asked if i have an extended warranty which was very irritating as i am raising this issue from day one. Or is this another marketing strategy. Till now there has been no solution but only questions asked in which u have explain the whole process from day one. The after service is very frustrating and irritating.

                  I am very disappointed after purchasing lenovo laptop s-145 1 week ago from v3s mall - reliance digital store.

                  Hang after starting the laptop and not able to use this laptop.

                  Conusmer care and executives at store are also not supportive.

                  I want to change this laptop.

                  I handover the laptop at store for replacing but no action taken yet.

                    Purchased 43’ lcd reconnect brand tv. 30 months ago for rs.25, 000/- which was hardly never used. Display gone already. Called technician and he says 28, 000/- for display panel. He recommended to sell the tv for 1000/- or use local mechanic to fix the tv.
                    Very disappointed to see the tv display broke in 2 years and the display is expensive than the new model tv that is available in their showroom. Selling cheap products is reliance.

                        I have purchase the product from reliance digital on 1st july 2019 and same day i find in product as dispute. After very next day i have bring the product at reliance store and tell them this is dispute product so please replace it but they denied that this product can be changed from iteck service centre. So i am submitting product for further replacement. After 7 days i am going at reliance store for query about replace my product but directly told you should go at service center with adhar card because without adhar card then can't replace the product. Again next day i am going at itek service center along with reliance digital store person, after submitting this product at service center with all original product but that time service person told you need recommendation from reliance digital at their letter head after that we are consider the product as replacement. After that i am telling all details to reliance digital store manager and reliance complain form but they are not bother to replace my product. Last 1 months i am chasing with reliance customer care service and reliance store and even putting my all effort to resolve the issue. I have spend a lot of my money and time to resolve the issue. This is really mentally and morally harassment last 1 month. I need justice against common man. Please take the action as soon as possible because i have not find out the way to panalished them. I need claim the harassment for last one month which i am going through and i am procaliam against reliance digital store against product verification because lot of product are disputed.                           Complaint against rconnect air cooler
                          I have purchased the above product in may 2019 after one month o[censored]se the water pump of cooler not worked so I call to customer care they told me the water pump and power cord will be replaced within month but still no response from any customer care person so it's very frustrating. I also called the service department they told the above part will despatch from our side within 3 or 4 days our mechanic will replace it but still there is mechanic or any other person not reach to my home yet.
                          So it's very hopeless service from our side

                            I failed a compliant in Reliance customer care service on for Samsung Microwave Owen which was purchased from Reliance Digital with an extended warranty of 3 years. The service team takes many days to attend the service at home. After verifying they confirmed some part needs to be replaced, after that almost every day I need to call myself to get the status of the product and its been almost more than a month and so far never fixed it and saying the part is ordered and yet to reach.

                              Oppo A5s phone that is provided by Reliance digital is faulty and I have returned the phone the next day itself. I want a complete refund and nothing else. The person at the Reliance digital store is hesitant to initiate a refund and not taking up my case seriously. I have mentioned all my issues to the representative and he's being ignorant

                                Reconnect 32"led TV pictures not showing and request no 8029465674 date 3rd July
                                PCB of Hitachi AC got shot. It is under warrantee and it has been 15 days since the complaint was put in. Till date there is no resolution to the problem and now no one is picking up the calls.
                                Complaint was set on 1st July 19.

                                      This is anuradha naveen, proprietor of anomaa studios, bengaluru. My husband (Naveen) and i have been a loyal customer with reliance for long time and you can verify from your billing/store manager thimme gowda from vijayanagar. Recently i bought a new a20 samsung mobile on 15th july 2019 evening from reliance digital vijayanagar (Attachment 1) to gift to one of my loved ones. Took the phone home with full faith as the person who did the demo mentioned everything is fine. However i found that the back cover is not fixed properly on 16th july when i was about to gift it and immediately informed over the phone to the store manager, that this product has issues. He was prompt in his work and asked me to give it to them so that they will send it to samsung customer care and i handed it over on 17th july (Attachment 2) within 48 hours of taking the phone. I was informed from reliance digital team that vandana communications service centre of samsung is not accepting this phone for replacement/warranty. They are stating that is a cosmetic issue. Isnt it cheating from samsung not to replace the faulty product which was a clear miss from samsung and now asking the customer to use the same faulty phone? Why are you supporting such companies which have least respect for customers. I request you to immediately intervene and arrange to get this replaced. Looking forward for an immediate response and resolution as requested.
                                      Ps: did have a conversation with priya from samsung customer care supervisor desk team along with nagabhushana from reliance team and was communicated that vandana communications service team would share the service tag by 12:50 noon and would revert to us. However, i haven't received any updates till date. I have raised an online complaint no: [protected] for your reference as well.
                                      I request you to immediately intervene and have a word with samsung team to ensure they replace this immediately. Thanks in anticipation
