Reliance Jio Infocomm — Jio AirFiber on hold, not refunding my amount

Dear Team,

I have ordered jio AirFiber, your team visit at my home but denied to install it due to unavailability of network. And you team was confirmed me that order will canceled and amount will refund but still order on hold.

I try multiple times to connect with customer care but your customer care number not connecting to customer care officers.

Request you to cancel it and refund booking amount.
