We would inform you that we have not received our ordered products yet. The order was given on 18th July'20 (Order ID[protected]M) and invoice no. (T[protected]) raised on 20th July'20 but it has not been delivered.
We have registered complaints through mail and customer care on 22nd & 25 th July'20 & received the reply that the matter has been directed to concerned TEAM and our products will be delivered in 48 hours.
Really surprised about your pathetic service and don't understand how you work, it's big question mark?One more thing your Jio Mart app is showing the products has been delivered on 23rd July'20 & on WhatsApp showing on 20th July'20 but the truth is no product is delivered to us till date.
We are forced to purchase the goods from other Online retailers / Big Bazaar and are really appreciate there services to give supply within few hours.
Request you to kindly confirm and otherwise we have no option to take the matter to higher authorities even to Mr. Damodar Mall CEO (Reliance Smart & Reliance Fresh).
