Want fees refund

I was applied for license and then i make a payment 2100 rs but due to some issue it shows your payment failed so i cancelled my application and then i received a message that your payment is success but after cancellation i didn't do anything and i also lost 2100 rs, help me for refund my payment

I didn't Receive My DL smart card

I got confirmation from RTO that my DL has been approved and able to view the same in DIGI locker. But till date i haven't received my SMART CARD DL . RTO has informed that it will reach me in 30 days from the date of approval.

Iam pass my driving test in[protected]
But not receive my smart card.
Please solve my problem🙏...

In regard of dl still not dispatched

Sir,
I Achintya Kumar has applied for the driving license in Lucknow RTO, Uttar Pradesh. Sir i have completed up all the stages including the fees from my side and everything in the Sarathi website is showing completed but at the last stage that is the Dispatch of the DL and PSV badge the counter is showing allotment information unavailable and the dispatch stage is pending from RTO side. Approval on endorsement of dl is in pending status since February

Application no [protected]

I passed test on[protected]. The status on my application is updated on[protected] with result. Since then the status is approval on endorsement of dl is pending.

Every time I contact Kalyan RTO, they just say it will be process no issue from my side but still no progress....

License request is delaying without any update

I have completed all the required steps and went to RTO Muzaffarnagar to get permanent license but my request is seems to be stuck and not getting processed further.

Dispatching of Driving license stuck

Hello,

I have been waiting for my driver's licence (Application number[protected].

As per the website printing of dl in form 7 (Smart card) completed on[protected] and the status is stuck on dispatch of the dl and psv badge ever since.

Please do take action and dispatch the licence with immediate effect.

Fees refund

I've applied for address change in my driving license. But after that I came to know that there's no faceless facility so I want to cancel my application. But RTO said no any fees will be refund. If they deduct some of amount then it's but they denied whole fees refund....

Online Application Status Pending

Not yet received my DL smart card

Address: DLF Apartment, Maiden heights, K Block 42, Rajapura Link road, Jigani, Bangalore

I got confirmation from RTO that my DL has been approved and able to view the same in DIGI locker. But till date i haven't received my SMART CARD DL . RTO has informed that it will reach me in 30 days from the date of approval.

I completed all formalities including DL test passed on 21st FEB 2021
DL NO. KA51 [protected] date of issue as per online status is 26th FEB 2021.

LL not approved yet

I have filed an application no[protected] for Learner license for LMV, I have already filled all forms from my side, but the process is stuck at document verification for 2 weeks now,
It should not take that much time,

I have a Canadian and Dubai light vehicle driving license and want an Indian driving license in Delhi

I am a NRI and have come back to India. I have a Canadian and Dubai light vehicle driving license. I want to apply for an Indian driving license. I went to the RTO office in Sarai Kale Khan to get an Indian driving license. I know that as per the Motor Vehicle Act
Section 9 (3) (a) (iii), states that a person holding a foreign license can get an Indian driving license. However the people working in the RTO do not seem to know about...

Delay on updating driving licence test status on SMS or portal for LMV

Last week on Saturday I gave my test for a Light motor vehicle(LMV). I have not received the result of my test on my mobile. I would like to know the status of my test. It's been 8 days now still no approval or confirmation message received.

Registration Certificate not received even after 3 months

Hi, I had initiated for my two wheeler RC Renewal in December 2020 in Yeshwanthpur RTO - Bangalore North. The vehicle was inspected in Dec-2020 and was certified as PASS by the RTO authority. However even after 3 months, I'm yet to receive the Renewal Registration certificate

Delay in all works Useless of online DL Renewal process
