I purchased my Samsung device from Dubai last January during my visit and now I am currently in India. So my phone is facing multiple issues with software and after a lot of complaints on Samsung member apps and calls to Samsung Care (India), Multiple visits to the service center (India), no resolution was provided stating my product is an overseas product and I should go to Dubai again to repair it (The product is under TRA warranty and I was told during the purchase that it will be valid in India).

Following are the details
1. Alot of apps are crashing on the phone. (Attached proof video)
2. Issue of hanging and phone restarting when using an app.
3. I have sent logs multiple times on samsung members app, attached screenshot for your reference.
4. I have called Samsung care multiple times, all they adviced is Factory reset the phone (which i did, problem still presisted).
5. Samsung care have put me on hold or told me they would call me, no call backs no resolutions.
6. Samsung care Advised me to visit the service center (India), and specifically told me that problem will be resolved under warrenty and in maximum of 1 day, i visited twice ( attached service center logs)
7. Service center asked me to keep my phone for 4-5 working days and also asked me to pay money saying we can't see my warranty status (attached warranty status on samsung website of my phone) also while repairing if anything happens to my phone they're not responsible and no damages will be paid., Also, the bill states the product is under TRA warranty and valid in India.
8. Even after 4 visits to service center and multiple calls/emails no solutipn provided, the service center says if we repair your device and anything happens to it while repair we are not responsible and they want me to give it on mail. Even though the product is under TRA warranty.

I have been very disappointed with Samsung Service India and the way they have troubled me multiple times with back and forth same replies and no resolutions. I have already raised an issue with the Indian consumer protection forum and the appropriate authorities.

After i filed a complaint with consumer helpline i got a call from samsung team asking why i had raised a complaint again and we cannot give you any more answers.

    My phone Galaxy M31s started to restart suddenly and the issue continued for 2 weeks when visited the service center they are telling the motherboard needs to be replaces and will cost 9000.
    the motherboard issue in the model is a manufacturing defect. There were over, at least, 700-800 people with the exact same complaint in the internet and Consumer Complaints forum regrading their phones (all Samsung M-series phones). The update caused the motherboard to fail
    Please, have a look at the disaster the updates have caused. And kindly refund the amount .It's a blunder done by Samsung and expecting customers to pay 9-13k to get the motherboard replaced.

        My phone shuts off whenever I flip it. It seems that this is a very common issue with these phones globally. When I took my phone to the authorised service center, after looking at the phone for a few minutes, the servicing guy told me that there is an issue with the display, but they would need INR 30, 000 to replace, even though the phone is still under warranty. They state that there is some damage to the hinge, hence the warranty is void. He said this even without opening the phone. The issue can be with the motherboard, the issue can be with the battery, but him stating that the issue is with the display & asking me to pay INR 30, 000 for repair, seems to me that they know that these phones have a faulty part. There is hardly any damage on the hinge, its just minor scratch from everyday use. Never did it fall anywhere & I use a protective case. When I escalated this to the customer care, they closed the request without informing me. You can find similar complaints in Amazon's review page. Attaching them for your reference. Being such a giant company with billions in revenue, it is a serious question on the integrity of the company defrauding & earning millions from these fraudulent practices. Really hope to see some kind of strict action against them.

          Heating issue, hand got burnt multiple times
          very dangerous, i have a kid also in home
          god forbid but what if something happens
          even submitted to customer care but no solution
          I don't want to keep this mobile.

              Bought Samsung M01s on 11.4.2021. Since last two month hotsot Wifi and Bluetooth of the mobile is not working. When contacted authorized service center, they suggested for change of full mother board and estimated Rs. 5400/. This is the performance of Samsung mobile and repair cost of a 9000/_ rupees mobile. Can you hope, I will recommend anybody to go for a Samsung mobile near future?

                So I recently bought (2 days ago) the Z Flip 5. Now it seems that Samsung Care+ in India is a joke as you can only buy "Samsung Care+ Screen Protection Plan for Flip and Fold" which costs ₹10, 999 this year. If you go to checkout on the Samsung website, where you select the phone color and storage, theres an option for Samsung Care+ where they also promote only this plan.

                The "Samsung Care+ Accidental Damage Protection Plan for Flip and Fold" is not available for Flip/Fold5 Series. This was confirmed via phone and chat support. We also can't buy Extended Warranty for this phone. I am attaching screenshots of the plans. You can all view them at this link: https://samsung.servify.tech/store/view?id=Samsung&plan=Secure

                To further add to the confusion, when you are checking out the phone and choose to buy "Samsung Care+" you can only select 'Screen Protection (1 year)' - however when you click learn more the pop up says accidental damage is included. And when you click "See all benefits" it even claims 2 claims in 2 years but thats not true.

                Also, I am not sure if all of this is just happening in India, however the "Samsung Members" app said I had 30 days left to get Samsung Care+ -- however when I click Samsung Care+ on "My Galaxy" app, it takes me to their Servify page inside the app and those pages say I can only buy those plans (mentioned above) within 3 days of activation!!

                These are all sneaky tricks to not let people buy Samsung Care+ and even when they buy the ONLY available Samsung Care+ for Flip5 - the Screen Protection. Its useless!.

                I asked the support person on phone what is the advantage of me paying INR10, 999 today? He said if your screen breaks it'll be fixed for ONLY INR 15, 000. I was like okay, sounds fair. But then I asked how much is it without Samsung Care+? He said he didnt know this was the Samsung Care+ support line, I need to call the Samsung Tech support line to know this. Most people would give up at this point but I called them. They said the charges to fix the screen was INR 21000 for inside screen, subscreen around 6000 and labour was 2000. It would end up at around INR 30000...

                So what PLUS benefit do Indian users get here? Paying 11000 upfront for a screen that MIGHT break plus 15000 for when the screen DOES break, totalling 26000. So what am I saving? 4000rs? In what would is this PLUS care.

                And not having the option to by accidental protection or liquid damage protection is just strange.

                At least Apple Care Plus is straightforward and works worldwide. And is EQUAL worldwide.

                    I brought my Samsung Watch 4 after three months the battery is worst, wifi connection does not work, sos features does not work the battery will only last up to two hours with Bluetooth on I have visited service centre 3to 4 times the service centre people don't to solve the problem even many people are suffering after buying this co pant product we just need to boycott this company

                      Absolute worst and the most pathetic unprofessional customer service .
                      I have braught 43 Inch LED TV on 15 th August 2023, and it's been whole two days the technician is still duping me .Most of my calls goes unattended by him, this is just peak unprofessionalism, and whenever he picks he says he is just 10-15 minutes away and then hangs up.
                      Why I have to go through such harassment, I am one who spens my hard earned money to buy your Product.Please resolve this as soon as possible.

                        I ordered a Samsung galaxy A14 black colour on 16th July and later cancelled it after one hour because i ordered black colour by mistake then on 17th July i received a message from Samsung's end that my refund has been processed. After somedays
                        1. i contacted Samsung support and they told me to wait for 7 to 10 buisness days i waited. after waiting for 10 buisness days
                        2. i contacted Samsung support again they told me to contact the bank and provided me with a utr no :[protected]
                        3.i went to the bank and told them the utr no and that Samsung told me to tell the bank to track the utr no
                        and provide me my money the bank manager denied and told me the bank can't track the utr no and since the transaction is made from Samsung's bank only Samsung can track the utr no
                        4.I informed this to Samsung support and they sent a pine labs link and to tell them the transaction ID but pinelabs didn't accept transaction id and it only accepts pos id and although it was written in the mail to mention a certain mailid to pinelabs but no mail id was written below from samsung support mail i replied them the same in email but received no reply
                        5. i was then told by Samsung support to raise a request from bank's official website with the utr no i did nothing happened
                        6. then i received a mail again from Samsung with a pos id for pine labs and upon contacting the pinelabs support i was told this pos id belong to Bharat petroleum so it's wrong which i informed Samsung through mail
                        7. then i provided the bank's denial letter as asked by Samsung support (10th August) after that i contacted Samsung support several times
                        and i was told that a team is working on the issue and everytime they create a new issue and i got no reply through email even after contacting them several times

                        p.s : i have no loan account and the team mentioned some loan account in emails i only have a savings account.
                        i was provided a wrong order id once in email.
                        and the pinelabs pos id is also wrong .

                        i was supposed to receive the refund of 13688 rupees on 17th July till now the amount is not received in my bank account so i plead you to provide me my refund for my order id : [protected]
                        i provided everything Samsung support asked did everything they told me to do even after 1 month of suffering and endless calls i didn't recieved the refund
                        please give me my refund

                          Address: It is an online purchase from Flipkart

                          I bought this product on July 16th from Flipkart and started using it on July 26th. However, I've been experiencing significant problems with the product. It gets extremely hot and the battery drains suddenly. Because of these issues, I went to a nearby Samsung service center on July 28th. They checked the device but didn't find any problems. I faced the same issues again, so I returned the device on August 1st and received it back on August 3rd.

                          Unfortunately, the problems persist. The device heats up so much that I can only make calls using headphones, and I'm afraid to keep it in my pocket. I tried reaching out to Flipkart, but they say they can't help since the return period has passed. The Samsung team also refuses to replace the item, claiming there are no issues with it. I can't continue using a product with these ongoing problems. If this is how a new device behaves, I'm worried about how much worse it might get as it gets older.

                            Myself, A.K. Chadha, mobile number - [protected], from Noida, U.P., India & this email is in reference to the action, that should be taken, upon the fraudulent act of - the Authorized Samsung Mobile Phone - sale & service centre - Jeetu Communication, Amrapali Zodiac, LGF - 11A, Sector 120, Noida, U.P., India (GSTIN - 09HDFPK6689Q1Z9).

                            I purchased a new Samsung Mobile Smartphone - Model - Galaxy A03 Core (2 GB/32 GB), IMEI Number - [protected] Black for Rs. 7, 500/-, on 05th February, 2023 & made the payment in cash, against the Invoice Number - 1437.

                            It's been only 5 months, since I purchased this mobile phone, but I am facing issues with the touch screen. The mobile phone is still under the warranty period of 1 year, so I went to the Authorized Samsung Mobile - Service Center - Mobile Clinic, Ramdas Sharma Complex, 01st Floor, Hoshiyarpur Market, Sector - 51, Near Metro Pillar Number - 220, Above Shree Bikaner Sweet, Noida - 201301, U.P., India.

                            Over there, the technician, checked my original mobile invoice, IMEI Number & told me that my mobile phone is out of warranty, purchase date's - 31st May, 2022 i.e. approximately 1 year prior to the actual date, of my purchase, that is also mentioned in the invoice & found the touch screen to be faulty.

                            For reference, upon my request, the technician shared the attached mobile phone above detail's screenshot & then, I went to the Authorized Samsung Mobile Phone Center, from where I purchased my mobile phone.

                            I approached, the owner & staff there, but they denied to accept his mistake & did not revise the invoice.

                            We have gone through your escalation and get it checked . The dealer from which this purchase was made, we have not done any billing to that dealer since last one year, he is not our authorized dealer .

                            We do apologize but we cannot resolve this from our end as product was not billed by the company to dealer, he had outsourced it and sell it off.

                            Extremely disappointed with this response from Samsung. The senior escalation team took more than two months time to investigate the issue & that too in favour of the Authorized Samsung Mobile Dealer (as per the Samsung Logo on - invoice, hoarding & the presence of the Authorized Samsung Technician), instead of its valuable client.

                            I've already raised the issue via - emails, twitter & online consumer forum & will continue to escalate the matter to its stakeholders.

                            And, as per the terms & conditions on the mobile phone invoice - it's the sole company's responsibility for the product warranty.

                            Therefore, Samsung should take serious legal action against the Authorized Samsung Mobile Dealer & be serious about it's client satisfaction - replace the mobile phone or make the refund.

                                  On 03/08/2023 we Purchase New HP Laser Jet Pro M126nw Printer from Croma- Mulund West (Tax Invoice No.: SLRS3903437 Dt.03/08/2023.) with 2Yrs extended warranty.
                                  On 04th August 2023 at 12.34pm, I registered the complaint regarding the Display Not Working. At that time, Mr. Amit Kumar (HP Customer Care Person) told me that the company's engineer would contact me within 48 hrs.
                                  Today is the 10th August 2023, it's been 6 days, and yet I have not received a call or message from the engineer. Please look into the matter and solve the problem as soon as possible.
                                  I am trying to contact your company since last few days but still I am not receiving any proper response. If my problem is not solved today then, I would like to get Refund the amount Rs.23631/-.

                                      Green Line Immediately After Software Update #GreenLineClub

                                      A green line started to appear on my screen all of sudden after July 2023 software update. I went through Samsung members community and have seen too many plus mobile users faced the same issue and it seems the lines are getting worse day by day. Most of those devices were just out of warranty period. Samsung though well aware of the fact that the issue was due to faulty software/hardware on Galaxy Fold 2 5G mobiles...
