Green line started to appear on my screen all of sudden after August 2023 software update. I went through Samsung members community and have seen too many s20 plus mobile users faced the same issue and it seems the lines are getting worse day by day. Most of those devices were just out of warranty period. Samsung though well aware of the fact that the issue was due to faulty software/hardware on S20 plus mobiles from their side haven't acknowledged publicly but instructed their service centers to replace faulty hardware for free only if their own set of rules are met though out of warranty. I submitted my mobile this week at a Samsung service center and they inspected my mobile and notified me that my device had couple of scratches/micro level dents on the frame and Samsung didn't approve for replacement of their faulty hardware on my mobile phone. The scratch/micro dent on the frame are entirely unrelated to green line on the screen and it is very unfair that Samsung didn't publicly acknowledged their mistake and making almost everyone like me to pay for the mistake they have done. I have appealed multiple times to the samsung customer care service asking them to escalate it to their higher level authorities and all those came up with same reason citing the scratches that I have to pay more than INR 18000 for the defect they have introduced without any negotiation which is unfair. A flagship priced mobile phone bought for INR 50000 and above if doesn't even last for more than 2.5 years due to the fault introduced by the Manufacturer and the Manufacturer doesn't even hold the responsibility though aware of their mistake, then it is the matter to be brought before justice to make them treat their customers fair enough.

    Dear Sir,

    I have purchased a Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra worth Rs.1.16 Lakh from Croma Retail, DLF Mall of India, Sector-18 Noida on 13th Aug 2023.

    My ordeal began on the purchase of 2nd day of the purchase and then on regular basis and again more with the installation of OneUI 6.0 Beta Version 2 on my Galaxy S23 Ultra. I started encountering multiple issues, including USB cable detection problems, application sorting errors, non-functional AR Zone and Quick Measure apps, font installation failures, issues with Navi Star of Good Lock, malfunctioning Android Auto, slow charging, deteriorated camera quality, and backup and restore failures, among others. These issues have severely impacted my daily life and professional work, causing undue frustration and inconvenience.

    Furthermore, my visit to the Samsung Service Center as well as abovesaid Croma Retail store yielded no positive results. The engineers were unable to resolve the issue, and their inability to provide a job sheet without device submission led to unnecessary delays in seeking resolution. The device has a severe hardware issue related to the USB port, which was identified during my visit to the service center. However, they have chosen to downgrade my device to the last stable version and have not acknowledged the need for a replacement because even after getting the device downgraded to stable version, the issues were still present.

    It was not my fault that the service centres were not providing me with any kind of job sheet without submitting my device, and they already and intentionally utilized the 14-day return and replacement duration so that I would not be able to get my device replaced well within time. They always insisted on having the software re-installed, and for that, they didn't provide me with any job sheets. This issue was not at all fixed by the software updates; instead, the hardware of the USB port got worse day by day.

    I want to express my deep concern and frustration regarding the poor product quality and unsatisfactory service experience I have encountered with Samsung, a brand I have been loyal to for many years.

    I have been a dedicated Samsung customer for a significant period, having purchased and used multiple Samsung devices including Galaxy S6 Edge, Galaxy S8, Galaxy S9, Galaxy Note9, Galaxy Tab S6, Galaxy S21 Ultra, and most recently, the Galaxy S23 Ultra. Unfortunately, my recent experience with the Galaxy S23 Ultra, along with the subpar service I have received, has compelled me to reconsider my loyalty to the Samsung brand.

    My initial attempts to seek resolution were met with unresponsiveness from the Samsung support team. Despite my repeated emails, the response was not only delayed but also lacking in meaningful solutions. This has left me deeply dissatisfied and disillusioned with the level of customer support provided by Samsung, a brand I had come to trust.

    This continuous delay in providing a satisfactory resolution, combined with the inconvenience I have faced due to a faulty device, has pushed me to consider switching to another Brand now.

    I must emphasize that I do not take this decision lightly. As a loyal customer of Samsung for many years, I expected better quality control, product support, and prompt issue resolution. However, my recent experience has left me deeply disappointed.

    I urge Samsung to take immediate action to address my concerns. I request a satisfactory resolution to the issues with my Galaxy S23 Ultra within the next two days. Failure to do so will compel me to explore legal avenues, including filing a formal complaint with the consumer court.

    I implore Samsung to treat this matter with the urgency and seriousness it deserves. My loyalty as a customer is hanging in the balance, and I hope that Samsung can rectify this situation and restore my faith in the brand.

        After escalating my complaint to service head and speaking with customer experience manager, I wrote to SAMSUNG India CEO through the interface provided by the Company on 1st September 2023 and 13th September 2023. Though I received acknowledgment for my messages to the CEO, no responsible senior functionary contacted me for resolving my complaint, which was first made on 11th August 2023.

          I am owning double door refrigerator. My refrigerator was not cooling. I contacted to customer service and they send engineer who charged rs 2850 on 21/08/23. After fews days again it is not cooling and having same issue. Than i contacted to local samsung customer care with name bright enterprise jagdalpur c.g.. he promised 4 days before that his engineer will visit and solve my problem as it is getting problem in 15 days. Now he is not picking and sending his people.
          Company is claiming alot about service but poor service...never go with Samsung..don't buy anything.

          No rissue esolved, after complaint one engineer visit and quote new problem. Taken 1000 rs for part on 16 September, afterwards no one came, poor service poor follow up, poor customer care. A big guilt as purchase samsung product.more than a month gone, but no satisfaction at all.

            I am having an issue with this Samsung delivered product refrigerator. It got delivered today on 14th Sept.
            Order Id- [protected]

            Installation engineer visited my home for the installation however it is observed that its not fitting up into the current Kitchen premises due to size constraints. There is a very small difference in size of the refrigerator compared to the available size in my kitchen so this needs to be replaced with a slightly smaller size .

            There is no option also to do any structure alterations in the kitchen. So had raised product return request with Samsung for replacment. However there is denial from samsung side mentioning its not possible.

            I have got call from the Samsung shop Escalation team that mentioning this product ([protected]) can't be returned due to samsung return policy.

            However As i mentioned earlier, this product is not usable to me due to size mismatch so i must need to return this product and seek for replacement not the refund.

            This is my rights as consumer to get replacement of this product. As I understand this is dispute situtation with deadlock with no solution. So I have decided to to go to consumer complaints forum and social medial including CMO & PMO office of our country to fight for justice and highlight this inhumanity response from Samsung. This will make all common citirizen aware of my country how badly customers are treated from Samsung. Sorry to say I have had lot of hopes from Samsung but all hopes and trust is going away now.

            This is financial loss for me as per response from Samsung so need your help to sort this isuse on priority.

                I would like to bring to your attention a case that has been pending since a long time and has been complicated with payment transactions as well.
                It started with the service request that I placed on June 27, 2023 for repair of my Samsung S21 FE phone which was under warranty but the service centre denied to repair it stating some motherboard issue. Samsung customer care also denied repair or service the phone which was under warranty. Instead they gave me an offer for 50% payment of ₹17825 for a new phone replacement.

                I approached the Twitter handle of Samsung for more help. Where they asked me for a phone number for further contact. After a day someone by the name Mr.Summit Shankar from Samsung called me saying we had a request for phone repair and he offered us repair for ₹3000 wherein I need to pay ₹8000 in advance and ₹5000 will be refunded to me after I receive the phone. He sent an invoice marking Samsung support India on mail. After a brief discussion we paid via bank transfer to account name Samsung India private limited.
                But we didn't receive any receipt regarding the payment made and also Mr.Summit Shankar phone number was switched off after that.

                I would like to know if this is a scam done so that I could go ahead with cyber cell for a complaint.

                Kindly treat this on an urgent basis.

                  I used my belongs properties are very carefully so it's definitely not happened by physically some issue in manufacturing or software issue.
                  Kindly solve this issue as soon as possible.

                      I purchased S 20 FE in Oct 2022 . Since then, it became inoperative 2 times and need to check in service center. I am sharing request no. also hereby.

                      Being such high-priced product, i did'nt expect such issues in initial years only. I requesting to change my product with new one, as same is under warranty.

                        Samsung fold 4 phone at service centre for a screen change under warranty since 15 days and this is just postponing since then and now they need more 15 days and that too they are not sure. Buying their most premium phone and getting the worst service. SAMSUNG IS DONE WITH IT I GUESS. If this is how they plan to maintain it, Shame on Samsung

                              Our Samsung LED 50TV8000 was bought from National radio electronics Payyannur, Kannur on 24th October 2020.
                              Currently while trying to switch on the TV, it is not happening. Suspect that there is some issue with the display.
                              Kindly send a technician to our place to check and resolve the issue.

                                To whom it may concern, attached are the call logs to service center from 8th August till date. And there is no action taken so far.

                                No reference id is provided to us, nor any sort of communication is there from your end.

                                I have booked my machine on 18th July and it was supposed to be delivered on 23rd July but you guys delayed it to 5th August.
                                And now it's more than 20 days of communication from my end, and it's like you guys don't even care.

                                It is purely an act of mental harassment from you side.
                                You people are taking your customers for granted and selling them defected products.

                                It's high time now, either you take my request under consideration else we need to file a case in the consumer court again the fraudulent acts as well as all the stress that you guys given to us.

                                  My Samsung M42 128 8 GB RAM phone is not working it is continuously restarting. I reset my phone to the factory default setting but it still has the same problem. Also, when the phone turns on, I can't able to turn the Wi-Fi on Sometimes its Bluetooth is not turning on. I bought my phone exactly Two years ago, and I also visited nearby Samsung stores they say that it's some motherboard problem and every M and F series of Samsung is facing the same problem also they charge for it too much. The phone costs almost[protected]₹, how can a student pay 10, 000 or 11000+ taxes for some problem that was caused because of the company's low-quality product?

                                    Samsung Inverter fridge gas leakage

                                    I purchased my Samsung device from Dubai last January during my visit and now I am currently in India. So my phone is facing multiple issues with software and after a lot of complaints on Samsung member apps and calls to Samsung Care (India), Multiple visits to the service center (India), no resolution was provided stating my product is an overseas product and I should go to Dubai again to repair it (The product is under TRA warranty and I was told during the purchase that it will be valid in India).

                                    Following are the details
                                    1. Alot of apps are crashing on the phone. (Attached proof video)
                                    2. Issue of hanging and phone restarting when using an app.
                                    3. I have sent logs multiple times on samsung members app, attached screenshot for your reference.
                                    4. I have called Samsung care multiple times, all they adviced is Factory reset the phone (which i did, problem still presisted).
                                    5. Samsung care have put me on hold or told me they would call me, no call backs no resolutions.
                                    6. Samsung care Advised me to visit the service center (India), and specifically told me that problem will be resolved under warrenty and in maximum of 1 day, i visited twice ( attached service center logs)
                                    7. Service center asked me to keep my phone for 4-5 working days and also asked me to pay money saying we can't see my warranty status (attached warranty status on samsung website of my phone) also while repairing if anything happens to my phone they're not responsible and no damages will be paid., Also, the bill states the product is under TRA warranty and valid in India.
                                    8. Even after 4 visits to service center and multiple calls/emails no solutipn provided, the service center says if we repair your device and anything happens to it while repair we are not responsible and they want me to give it on mail. Even though the product is under TRA warranty.

                                    I have been very disappointed with Samsung Service India and the way they have troubled me multiple times with back and forth same replies and no resolutions. I have already raised an issue with the Indian consumer protection forum and the appropriate authorities.

                                    After i raised a complaint i got a call from samsung team in few days saying why are you raising complaint when we have closed the case and we cannot give any more solution.
