Brand new nokia lumia 1320 not working

I brought the nokia lumia 1320 some days back. I did not open the box and phone condition till my birthday (20 days after purchasing). When i checked the condition of the phone i found the camera is not working and phone is not working properly. Please don't buy the phones at sangeetha stores. Regarding screen guard

I have purchased screen guard worth 300 rs in sangeetha mobiles on 7th june 2010. It hardly lasted for 10 days. I saw the way he has put he has not properly put it and the dust entered and damaged the screen guard. I took the phone to them on 25 june because i was out of station. They are saying you only have peeled it off and u have put it. Why will i peel it off? Am i a small child to do it??

I can't use this phone as it's burning my ears

Cheating mobile shop sangeetha (velachery)

Exactly write... Dont buy mobile anyone keeping in mind for insurance its frod doing all such thing...
In invoice copy they will mentioned as fir complaints are not required but for claiming insurance formats they have mentioned as for loss of mobile insurance will not cover...
From only police acknowledgement they will not provide any insuarance

Be aware with sangeetha mobile store.. False commitment

I bought samsung mobile from sangeetha mobile store and i swap my credit card and store manager (James) told you can convert this transaction in to emi... I took 3 months options and swapped my card... After 10 days statement of credit card generated and i got to know it was swapped as normal transaction.. When i got receipt even i asked where is details of emi? He replied it will come in statement.. I completely scrwood with this event.....
