Sir/ ma'am,
We want to complaint against shiprocket from which we courier our products to customer's.in that they are showing that our company has sent false weight to the courier company, but in actual we measure each and every product and has sent the exact weight what is of the product. We even sent the proofs to shiprocket with the measuring ruler, but still they are not helping us out with this issue. The courier company is charging extra money for no reason. We have mailed our complaints to shiprocket but they are not taking any action. And we are not satisfied from them inspite of paying higher amount. Still they are asking for extra amount and not helping their customer's also. Infact they are creating more problem to the customer's, they are just getting money before hand and then they are not doing their work properly. This is a great disappointment for customer's like us to work with such a company. I want government to take quick action against shiprocket. Was this information helpful? |
