Here is the mail communication send to shiprocket about my issue.
" I am writing to express my deep concern and frustration regarding the unresolved delivery dispute for AWB [protected]. Despite my continuous efforts to seek a resolution, the matter remains unresolved, and I have not received adequate communication from your team.
On May 8, 2023, at 09:38 AM, I initially raised a delivery dispute concerning the proof of delivery (POD) for the mentioned shipment. To my surprise, on May 10, 2023, at 10:47 AM, I noticed that the POD was updated, and the dispute was closed, indicating that the correct proof had been uploaded. However, during this process, I did not receive any communication via email, SMS, or phone call regarding the closure of the dispute or the resolution provided.
Dissatisfied with the lack of communication, I reached out to shiprocket customer care on May 11, 2023, at 11:30 AM, and raised the dispute once again. Despite multiple follow-ups, I have not received any updates on the progress of the investigation. This prompted me to contact Shiprocket support via email on May 27, 2023, seeking information on the status of my dispute.
In response to my email, I received a message on May 30, 2023, stating that the investigation could not proceed due to the unavailability of the required buyer's alternate number, which I had not received a request for. I would like to clarify that I did not receive any prior communication, SMS, or call regarding the need for an alternate number. Moreover, when I contacted customer support on May 27, they also failed to mention anything about requiring an alternate number. Nonetheless, I promptly updated the alternate number within minutes of receiving the email and immediately called customer care to ensure the escalation of my case. Despite these efforts, I received the same response today, stating that the ticket has been closed.
I am deeply disappointed with the lack of proper communication and the failure to address my concerns adequately. This issue has caused me significant inconvenience and frustration. I kindly request an immediate resolution to the delivery dispute for AWB [protected] and a detailed explanation regarding the mishandling of this case.
Please note that obtaining an alternate number from the corporate customer may require some time, as it involves coordination and compliance with their internal processes. I would appreciate your understanding in this matter and the opportunity to provide the requested information within a reasonable timeframe.
I expect a swift response from your team, acknowledging the gravity of this matter and providing a concrete plan of action to rectify the situation. Please understand that I have been patient throughout this process, and it is imperative that my concerns are addressed promptly to restore my faith in your services."
