Worst experience with shiprocket
I must say that shiprocket has got the worst customer support that I have witnessed till now.
And adding to that shiprocket is not ready to take any responsibility for the product we are shipping with them.
This is to inform you that we shipped the product through shiprocket on the (mention the date).
We shipped LED TV and also have the proof of packing.
The product got delivered to the customer on date(mention the date).
When customer did unboxing the product was different from the product that we shipped.
We also have the proof in form o[censored]nboxing video for the same.
For the first few days shiprocket kept on delaying the issue and when we contacted them today again, the support executive said that the time for 72 hrs is over for raising the concern.
This is simply not acceptable from companies like these.
This is to bring to your notice this is the third time this type of case has occurred.
This is to inform you that if this time claim will not be released by shiprocket then a Dyanora will certainly take a legal action against shiprocket. Was this information helpful? |
