I am Hari Kumar, writing to formally lodge a complaint against Shiprocket concerning the significant delay in delivering my shipment with tracking number JH[protected]IN, as well as the lack of communication and resolution regarding the promised refund.
The estimated delivery date provided by the courier has long passed, and it has now been 40 days since that date without any sign of the shipment reaching its destination. Despite my daily calls to Shiprocket's customer care, there has been no progress or update on the status of the delivery.
Approximately 15 days ago, during one of my conversations with a Shiprocket customer care representative, I was assured that if the shipment failed to be delivered within a day or two, it would be marked as lost, and a full refund of the shipment value would be provided. However, despite the passage of time beyond this timeframe, there has been no follow-up communication or action taken by Shiprocket.
This prolonged delay has caused significant inconvenience and financial loss, both to myself and my customer. Therefore, I request immediate action to mark the shipment as lost and initiate the refund process as promised.
I expect a prompt and satisfactory resolution to this matter. If no action is taken, I will have no choice but to escalate this complaint further.
