I am writing this email after several attempts to try to resolve my issue. It has been over 2 months that I have been requesting people to resolve my login issues and I have not been able to take classes because of this.
Also my payment was taken on time. How is that no one can call me and resolve this issue
This program is already leaving me with a bad taste and I have no choice but to inform my friends and colleagues to refrain...

Wrong voucher code shared and replacement denied. Unable to give exam and fees not refunded. 50 days and no acknowledgment to social media messages and emails. Peoplecert have confirmed that codes shared are not used for exam and routed me to Simplilearn for code replacement, still not helping....

I had enrolled in simplilearn bootcamp for ALML later I wanted to cancel my course because of professional reasons. I have purchased a course and after 2 or 3 days I realised it's not worth it then I told to her to refund my money but they didn't and then I send them a legal notice and in that they are offering me course swap offer which I don't want then I filled a case against simplilearn but they are not properly responding in every 2or 3 days they are sending me an email they we are trying to call you but they didn't call me a single time totally misguided...

The course (TOGAF) when I had registered had options to complete the training online or via classroom. Simplilearn has now changed the rules stating the student is required to attend all virtual classroom classes (100% attendance). I was advised - Partial attendance of the Virtual classroom (as permitted previously when I registered) and Online, self learning option will not suffice any more.

This company is a scam. They know how to trap customer using their "flexible enrollment policy". My first course wouldn't start in next couple of weeks. After I enrolled I found their course to very poorly taught, slow and no accountability.

When I tried to cancel, they said it's outside of their unenrollment policy and I have to find another class. I mean what's the guarantee that next instructor won't be the same since they...
