I have requested for exam voucher on June 23rd 2023. The portal says 48hours. I also logged one more complaint for same after 48 hours. They have put the ticket simply in "Waiting on Third Party" state and not bother to to update further.

I have opted for a digital marketing course which costed me 45000 in october 2022, i have opted for EMI option for 9 month each for 5000 rupees, now the 9 months are over and ideally this EMI should have stopped, however, i received email from my bank that this month too 5000 will be deducted from my account which should not be done.

When i contacted simplilearn, they routed me to their 3rd party payment company, who did not...

I have had the most terrible experience with Simplilearn. Once you pay the amount, they dont care about anything.
It has been 2 months since I paid the amount (3rd May) but the PMP membership & exam voucher codes have still not been shared. I missed my company target and my performance rating and bonus have been compromised due to Simplilearn. The helpdesk and online support are a joke. There is no response on open tickets.

I have been trying to reach out to Simplilearn on the invalid exam voucher provided for PMI certificate program (course has been completed).

I issued the ticket on Simplilearn’s platform on 23rd Jun, while receiving the system’s auto reply saying that they’ll get back within 10 hours, there is only dead silence (27th).

The marketing guys from Simpli learn promoyted their course by saying that they give you 100% Money back garuntee. In which they promised that Simpli learn helps their students with a Second chance if they fail in their exam. Also they mentioned that they will refund the entire money back in case the candidate is unable to get through the certificate.

Because of the simplilearn fake promise i lost my career. I am 53+ years experience of workings employee. I felt in a trap of simplilearn saying job guarantee program. they just brainwashed me to takeup the same course which only worth 54000rs. for the same content they have charged 1.68L by saying job guarantee. i have completed again this certification. Hi, when last year march 2022 I enroll Data Science job guarantee program, the learning caunslate kavitha.B (mon no - [protected])said me that If we can't get you a guaranteed job up to 500000 per year, we will refund 100% and my career service validity was 11 nov 2022 to 11 may 2023 now its completed. I fulfill all term and condition now I am legal to refund my money
