The lab report contact person and prof mandhir kumar assistant spoke rudely

Hi I have been trying to get my lab report. No one is ready to help me out. I got a rupees 12.5k test done today in the morning and I was told that I can get the report on WhatsApp. No one has given endoscopy number. This test was recommended by Prof Mandhir Kumar and I called up hai assistant who spoke very rudely to me and cut the call while I was talking. Misbehaving

Respected Sir,

I have been treating me and my family for years in your prestigious hospital Sir Ganga Ram Hospital. I never felt humiliated as today's ( i.e. 25.09.2021) incident by one the receptionists attending at Ultra Sound counter. No Service from nurse station

I am currently in the hospital. The night shift people are great. But the people who come in in the morning about 8ish( not sure of shift start time), are a horrendous lot. Today I have asked for a wardboy to be sent with a urine pot. That was 48 minutes ago. I rang the bell. They silenced it at their station. That was 12 minutes ago.

Not treated carefully.

One of the Gynecologist Dr. Of your hospital her name is Dr. Kanika Jain is not treated her petients carefully. I think she got franchise from other path lab. Whenever I visited to the hospital she recommend me to go Karol Bagh path labs to do my test. When I said to her assistant that please white is it down on my OPD card asitt said no. Proper bill not being given by the hospital

I got a COVID test done at Sir Gangaram on October 29th 2020 as a prerequisite to the surgery at the same hospital, , the bill given for the same is not visible. Possession of properly visible details bill is holding back my insurance claim. Reverse the payment

On 30 March 2021 i made a payment of Rs 1000 in fovour of your hospital for appointment to Dr.S.C Bharija but unfortunately the doctor was on leave.
After that i called your staff and told my grievance and said the payment will get reverse in comming 5 days.
Till date 7 days had gone but my payment has not been reversed yet.
Plz look at the concern and solve it ASAP...

Complaint regarding the parking attendant.

To whom so ever it may concern.
Its a very disheartening to complain about the racism i faced today by parking attendant at ganga ram hospital parking.

At 2.09 pm today 1st March 2021 I have visited ganga ram for enquiry regarding my father future appointment with doctor Shankar Acharya.

Resident doctors not attentive for admitted patients

My daughter Ishita Verma Reg no - 1743004 is admitted in paed ward 1178 H. The resident doctor never visits the patient. My daughter has been admitted many a times in this hospital because of kidney problem. Previously when Dr Deblina was resident doctor she used to come daily in the evening to see the status of the patient and was very prompt in action if something is bothering the patient. But this time resident doctors are very casual....

My father admit last 15 days they are not able to listen you anything and service is very bad. They dont care patients it looks like govt. Hospital.

misbehaviour of doctor, and prescription of medicine without any check up

My father is going through with a critical condition even after examining the same the doc dint give any treatment rather asked us to stay at home due to covid-19
The staff people in admission (Dr varun) doesn't know how to even speak he is sitting in a wrong department rather i should say he is a non deserving candidate for this profile

too much parking charges

I want to complaint against too much parking charges in sir ganga ram hospital. I park my car for 31 hours they charge 560 rupees from me, that is too much. I think there is free parking in every hospital, if they don't want to free in small hospitals so no problem they charge parking charges but in limit not too much charges like in sir ganga ram hospital. So i request to the government to take action for free parking in sir ganga ram hospital....
