I had booked a service for hair removal on 25th December. However the therapist said that she won't be able to make it as she is down with fever. That too she informed when I called her..she wasnt even having the courtesy to inform it the previous day or the same day morning. When I call skinnsi to get the resolution as they charge me Rs. 300 for rescheduling for no fault of mine. They keep on hanging up the call on me. Unprofessional behavior. Also they don't respond over message as well. They have charged me Rs. 46000/- for the package but no services provided so far. Was this information helpful? |
