I paid for Skinnsi in April 2022 for home laser treatment, when I initiated booking post paying it got cancelled saying AC is mandatory. As I belong to a lower-middle-class family I told them I didn't have it and I would not have booked if I knew that. A few months later they told me a cooler will do, but not the one I have. Today post 6 months I went back and told them I have got serious skin allergy and my doctor strictly said no to this treatment then they came up with a no refund policy. I don't want to move ahead with the service as there's a huge delay, misinformation right from the start and my personal health reasons.
